Outside, there's plenty of space to relax or play—with a greenbelt that's perfect for outdoor games and a private patio ideal for poolside lounging or entertaining.
Please note: Due to the high cost of electricity, there is an additional charge if you choose to heat the pool. We appreciate your understanding.

When I say 'Proud' I think that might be just an understatement. You see, I am also a Realtor and when the previous owner asked me to list his property, I was elated. But once I stepped foot inside, I knew I didn't want to sell it, because it had 'Me' written all over it. It was love at first sight and I knew that if I had the opportunity to make it my own I would want to share it with others who would feel the same way. I have called the Desert my home since the '80's', so I know it pretty well. I live, work, and play here. I am so fortunate to be in a profession where I can share this Desert Oasis with clients, friends, and family. I always tell them that 'Once you experience the desert lifestyle, you are spoiled by the magic.'
Come experience it for yourself, once you have, there is no turning back.
