You can walk to BHOF Induction Field. -- This property is 3 minutes from 90% of everything, & the Dreams Park is 8 minutes away. This property is beautiful, peaceful, and private. We have been renting this house out for 10+ years, outside of VRBO, but wanted to start doing it through VRBO. We have 10 years of 5 Star Reviews. You can't go wrong by renting this house with your family and friends.

Besides having around 40+ acres to explore, the Stocked Fishing Pond is a great way to spend some of your time. The house is spacious for multiple families, and has several different spaces, so everyone can have their private time if desired. It's nice waking up and having your morning coffee out in the Sun-Porch overlooking nature. It's a very peaceful way to spend a week up in Cooperstown. Plus, we are 3 minutes from everything.
