Cozy cabin right on Lake Canadarago. Enjoyed the quiet porch, kayaks and eagle and osprey watching. Hosts Tom and Melissa were great and attentive. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic experience at this house. Water is feet away from the property and everything inside is clean and as described. Owners were great ... very friendly and communicative.

The host(Tom?) was very helpful and directed us to several restaurants. We would have preferred 2 bathrooms, but the cabin was well set up. Thanks!

The house was great and the setting exquisite! We enjoyed using the boats on the lake and just spending time reading and playing games outside. Perfect location to attend my son’s baseball tournament in Cooperstown and give the rest of the family some rest and relaxation. We had a wonderful time!! Hosts were incredibly communicative and the check-in and check-out process very smooth. We will certainly stay here again if we come back to the area!

We had such a wonderful time! The bedrooms are small, but it's not like you're doing anything other sleeping. The view is incredible! I enjoyed having my morning tea on the deck watching the birds catch their breakfast. The kitchen was well stocked and the couches were super comfy (feel asleep a couple of times watching movies, lol.

We had a fantastic stay at Eagles Nest! Melissa and Tom were wonderful hosts, and everything was exactly as described. The fishing was excellent, but the highlight of our trip was having the paddle boats available—they made spending time on the water so much fun. The home was comfortable, relaxing, and a perfect place to unwind. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

This is a cute, rustic cabin. The hosts were very kind and communicative, and you can tell that they care about your stay. The house was stocked well, with the exception of small towels (there were only 2 in the bathroom and none in the kitchen) and there was less than 2 rolls of toilet paper - we were 6 people for 4 nights, so... I mostly add that to help the hosts remember for the next guests. The other thing that was an issue for us was several air fresheners, which give many people (including myself) a headache. We eventually hunted them down and put them in plastic bags to reduce the strength of their odor.The only other feedback I would give is that it is not very polite, in my opinion, to show up at the house an hour before check-out time. Although they did not necessarily pressure us to get out as quickly as possible, most people are going to feel somewhat uncomfortable with that.Overall, we had a nice stay and would mostly recommend this location.

This was a cute place for our family when my son played in Cooperstown. Lots of water activities. 1 or 2 more families could have stayed with us. The owners were great with communication! I would recommend this place to everyone!
