Welcome to Slopeside at Granby Ranch located off of Mamies Way and Stratus Court, a true ski in/out location. Mintues to Rocky Mountain National Park---do many activities, explore or sit and relax, it's your time away!

As featured on Ski Week——-This luxury, contemporary, custom home comes with breathtaking million dollar, panoramic views! A stylish blend of big beams, & elegant mountain modern design come together in this 4 bedroom, 4 bath home that sleeps up to 11. Unparalleled ski, bike and hike out the back door. House decor is sleek and mountain modern with vaulted tongue and groove ceilings, steel beam accents, a well-appointed gourmet kitchen.

Granby Ranch is a great family friendly four-season resort with golf, world-class hiking, biking and adventures out the door. Devils Thumb Ranch voted #1 Nordic Cross Country Resort in North America is around the corner. Winter Park/Mary Jane Resort is also nearby with a free shuttle picking up across the street from our neighborhood.

This one of a kind home offers a functional floor plan including an upper secluded master suite with steam shower and soaking tub, a secondary master, bunk room, and the fourth bedroom with twins and a private bath. Four incredible outdoor living spaces including covered outdoor multiple decks! And you get access to the club's outdoor swimming pool and hot tub and athletic gym when you stay in our home, for $10/day.

World-class mountain biking, snowshoeing, sledding, and Nordic skiing are literally steps from the patio. During the summer months, fly fishing and an 18 hole golf course are inside the ranch. Enjoy Lake Granby, Shadow Lake, Grand Lake, Winter Park, and Rocky Mountain National Forest also within 10-25 minutes.

Just bring your suitcase and food.

A very well stock home, everything you need. Checked in on Christmas day and celebrated Christmas. Close to Granby Ski Ranch. Very spacious and comfortable. We would rent again.

Great house with features

We enjoyed the house. The kitchen was exceptional with a lot of items to use. The driveway was a little hard to fit 3 large vehicles in with all of the snow, but we got the hang of it.

Such a great place to stay and hang out with your family!! Love where it sits next to hiking trials and the Granby Ranch pool is awesome and great temperature. Fun activities all around in and great restaurants in Granby and Grand Lake.

Beautiful property

We used this property as our “home base” for a wedding weekend. Perfect for entertaining a large group with all its seating area and gourmet kitchen. Very comfy beds!!

Mountain Getaway

Beautiful Home

This was our second stay at this home and it was just as amazing in winter as it was during the summer. The views are stunning and the Christmas decorations made it perfect for celebrating with our family 🎄 Gorgeous home that is very well cared for, we hope to come back again!

This is a spectacular VRBO. The views are unmatched, the convenience of the ski hill is remarkable and the accommodations are stunning! Comfortable, cozy, spacious, bright, and very clean - every detail has been considered. The location is ideal for skiing, shopping, eating out, biking, hiking, boating - this spot has it all right outside the door. I think a stay any time of the year would be memorable.

Beautiful home to stay at for our ski vacation! Very nice furnishings. Very spacious and clean. Plenty of room for two families to stay. Every room had its own bathroom! WiFi and entertainment options were great. Smart TVs with lots of viewing options for all. Scenic views from this home are breathtaking! Check-in and access instructions were very easy from owner. Will definitely plan to stay at this home again!!

Stunning House with Incredible Mountain Views

Beautiful house with incredible mountain views. Very spacious and clean with tons of amenities - perfect for our party of 4 adults and 3 children. Allison was a wonderful host - very responsive, and the description of the house was very accurate. Pictures don't do it justice. Close to a grocery story, and centrally located between Winter Park and Grand Lake. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing property right near the slopes!

What a fun long weekend we spent at this stunning home in Granby Ranch area. Right at the slope of Granby skiing and close to Winter Park (we enjoyed both ski areas.) . Amazing kitchen that we were able to make breakfast lunch and dinners or close enough to go out to some great restaurants as well. The home is laid out so well for multiple family, friends, or a large family. Comfortable sleeping for 10 people and privacy. The owners were so attentive and easy to work with to make our vacation a lasting memory! Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The property is stunning. Beautiful views and high end finishes.

Fantastic property for two families or in our case kids with grandparents. We had a wonderful time staying at at this home in ski Granby Ranch. Skiing out the back door. Nordic, down the street at Snow Mountain Ranch and Devils Thumb. Sledding, Snowshoeing, Skinning, swimimming, the options are endless. After 5 days, we never made to Winter Park to ski(where we are pass holders and anticipated skiing most every day of our stay),

Mardi Gras and Snow

Our stay was phenomenal! We loved the access to ski in /ski out for those who were able to ski in. The home is very comfortable and cozy and provided amenities for all ages. Really liked how the floors emitted heat during the winter when walking around ! The setting of the house is private. It is short distance Driving to and from the lodge for skiing, etc as well as the city market for grocery across the highway. This provided us with the convenience to quickly run to and from the grocery when needed. Allison responded to questions when needed and was very easy to get in touch with! We hope to come back again soon!

Absolutely spectacular home!

We loved our stay at this home! The views were amazing! The location was perfect! This home had everything you could possibly need to feel at home! From the design of the home, to the finishes and the extras, you will not be disappointed! We had a small family wedding on the balcony and everything turned out perfect. The pictures, with the beautiful back drops of the scenery, were very special and couldn't have ordered better weather. The skiing was great with 3 of our family members being new skiers. It had something for everyone. We had 8 people in our party staying at the house who all had great things to say about it. We would love to come back again in the future and definitely would tell anyone interested to strongly consider this home!

We love the accessibility of this neighborhood from Denver and the Front Range Communities. The views from the home are vast and beautiful every single day, rain, shine or snow. We can leave the house on foot or bike and within 5 minutes can access miles and miles of trails. Within 15 minutes by car, one can experience Winter Park, Devils Thumb Ranch & Spa, YMCA Snowmass Ranch, Granby, Grand Lake and the Rocky Mountain National Forest----endless possibilities.
