One of the largest lots and best locations in all of Black Butte Ranch!! This 3000 SQ.FT. northwest contemporary lodge style home with 2 Master Suites is perfect for family reunions, golfing groups (7 single beds), girls weekends or a relaxing vacation. We have the same guests returning every year!!!

The long private driveway leads you to this northwest contemporary style home. Plenty of parking to accommodate friends and family. This home is very open and spacious throughout with large rooms. The Great Room has a very high ceiling with a stone fireplace open to the dining room and kitchen. The deck is extra large, perfect for relaxing with your family!

Bedroom 1 is an en suite master with a king size bed on the main level. It provides direct access to the private side of the deck. The large bathroom pampers guests with a jacuzzi tub, separate shower, private toilet and plenty of closet space!

Bedroom 2 is on the main level near the master bedroom and also has a king size bed. A full bathroom is adjacent to this bedroom.

Bedroom 3 is on the main level located just off the front entry. It has a bunk bed with a double lower bed and an upper single bed which can accommodate up to 3 guests.

Bedroom 4 is the second en suite master with a queen bed on the upper level adjacent to the loft. This suite also has a double bed tucked away in an alcove, perfect for younger children! The bathroom has a soaker tub and separate shower.

The loft is not considered a bedroom but does contain a trundle bed which converts to two single beds.

The Game Room is downstairs with its own fireplace, cozy couch and chair, TV and DVD. A game closet, foosball table and plenty of room make it a perfect place for kids and young adults to hang out while the parents are upstairs socializing! A sliding door provides easy access to the patio.

Bedroom 5, the "Cowboy Room" is located downstairs just off the game room, has 2 single beds and a bunk bed (sleeps 4). The full bathroom is located in the laundry room which is downstairs just after entering the house from the garage.

In the garage, an additional refrigerator and commercial grade dryer are available for guests.

The rental rate is based on 14 guests. Additional guests will be charged $50 per night per person. The daily maximum guest count is 16. Absolutely no large gatherings or parties. For service, repair, cleaning and deliveries, ring cameras are installed at the garage and front doors.

Please be advised Black Butte Ranch charges an additional facilities fee which is 12% of the rental amount. The fee will show as a separate charge listed as club or facilities access fee billed through VRBO.

Enjoy all the amenities of the GMRC: large hot tub, indoor/outdoor pool, steam room and gym located just across the street!!! Excellent House, Excellent Location!!!!!
