Our thoughts and prayers go out to all affected by the fires.

Ocean Front Suite #7 (750 +/- Sq Ft) is located on the lower level, right above the beach. It features a spacious, private bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed, hotel grade linens, HD 4K Smart TV and a well-appointed bathroom. The living area includes a fireplace, king-size pullout sofa-bed (sleeps 2), and an HD 4K Smart TV with a Sonos Sound Bar. The spacious kitchen provides everything needed for gourmet meal preparation. One of the unique features that makes this one of our most popular suites is the enclosed deck featuring a king-size day bed and dining table that seats 4. This Suite is beautifully decorated to complement and highlight the stunning ocean views. Experience magical sunsets, the rhythm of crashing waves, and unobstructed ocean views all from the privacy of your own, furnished, enclosed deck. All Suites enjoy free wireless internet, private beach access and one Free on-site parking space.

Can't beat the enclosed sunroom

The enclosed sunroom has two windows that you can open and attach to hooks in the ceiling allowing the ocean smells and breezes to pour in. Have a glass of wine and unwind to the beauty of the Pacific and Malibu Coastline. During high tide, the waves literally come under the property. Couldn't be any better. Great bedding, solid water pressure. What else do you need!

Dream coming true

Dream stay. The posting doesn’t include the best pictures - from the sun room and its king bed, flying on the ocean, with 270 degree view from sunrise to sunset. The condo has what French call “cachet” - the seal of authenticity: it’s not shiny new, but it has this authentic, real look of the life on the sea.

Beautiful venue and unbeatable location

We had a great stay. The rooms were bright and clean, and being on the beach with the waves and sunsets can’t be neat. When we arrived, the lock had not been reset so we waited a bit to get a new passcode. Not a big deal. WIFI worked well once we received login instructions after asking. Our manager contact was polite and prompt. We will remember our stay on the Malibu beach forever. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect Malibu experience

The small apartment is cozy and clean and feels very Melrose Place. We loved the attention to comfort and decor. Beds are super comfortable. The ocean is awesome and so close. Walkable to the pier and restaurants and shops.

A cute place with breathtaking views

The space was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The highlight was the ocean view (literally cannot get closer) and sleeping to the sound of crashing waves. We’d love to return in the future.

Beautiful Property, Great Location

The suite was well-maintained with great views. We enjoyed the sound of the waves crashing against the beach below us. It was the perfect getaway that we were looking for, and was within easy walking / driving distance to everything that we wanted to see. Would highly recommend!

Clean, stylish, and literally right over the water! Simple and small but had everything we needed. Can't beat the location - on the beach and less than a 10 minute walk to Malibu Pier. Can't wait to go back.

I took my son and his best friend out for a birthday weekend.. this place is absolutely adorable. The day bed was a massive hit ! Cruz is a great host and got back to me quickly with anything. We will come back for sure !

Right on the water!

You can’t get any closer to the water. There’s parking for one car and it’s easy to get in and out to PCH. Its far enough from the road so there’s no traffic noise. Valerie’s unit is a nice redo. It’s very small but great for two people. It’s clean and cute. Only downside is the bath is a combo tub/shower...a redo would be nice but it’s ok. Walk to Malibu Pier, Nobu, Carbon Beach Club.

Location, location, location - Nice place on the beach in Malibu

This was a nice 1 BR + apartment on the beach in Malibu. I would go again. The king sized day bed on the converted patio was really cool and the giant windows that opened up to the ocean were amazing. It has a fully-stocked functional kitchen and a great set-up with the tv/apple tv for watching movies. I also thought the decorating was cute. the master bedroom bed was very comfortable. The only thing that I would change is to find a way to get thicker walls/ceilings. When there were guests in the units next to and above us we could hear them talking and walking sometimes. Not a huge deal, but something to know.

Owner/Manager Took Care of Us

It was cold the night of our stay. The owner/manager brought us more bedding and resolved an issue with an electrical outlet that was not working. As far as location and the unit, it's Malibu and right on the water. Enjoyed our stay.

Phenomenal!!!

My family and I loved our stay here. The home is very cozy and welcoming. We had such a wonderful time we did not want to leave. My 2 year old cried as she told me that she didn't want to go. It felt like a home away from home, actually better :). The views were gorgeous, woke up to a beautiful sunrise from my bed and enjoyed the sunset during dinner...the location of this home is perfect!! We enjoyed the private beach area. My children had so much fun, we were in our own little paradise and had the beach to our selves. I definitely plan on coming back for a girls weekend :) I highly recommend this home to everyone, its fitting for any occasion whether you want to just relax with family or have a friends weekend. Lastly, I would like to thank Valerie. She was very accommodating and helpful. Everytime I communicated with her she was very kind and quick to respond. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. Just an overall phenomenal experience!! THANK YOU!!
