The property was in a great location although there was a ant problem..It was very clean the biggest problem no air conditioning anr extremely hot the week we were there. we called she host she got us 2 more. She felt bad for it wasn't her fault she did all she could do us. They have a great maintenance guy Angel he out of way to help us

Please know that this unit does not have air conditioning. I have rented many properties before and never had to look to see if the unit had air conditioning. So, just know what month you are going. It was humid in the 90's when we were there in August and had to go get a hotel after being in the unit for 30 minutes. It was right on the beach so if going in the fall you should be ok. But, I just wished someone had mentioned in a previous post because I would have never rented.

Our property is beachfront and AC is usually not needed. We regret that this guest chose to book with us during an unprecedented heat wave. After arrival she indicated that she wanted AC. Unfortunately, she had chosen a property that did not offer AC, clearly her error. We wanted to accommodate her, but she left prematurely and did not allow us to do so. Malibu Beach Rental Properties

The ocean views are unbeatable. We stayed here about 10 years ago with two toddlers and we were back recently with two teenagers. We loved both times and hope to come back again.

The Condo was very clean and well stocked with linens and towels. The onsite staff was very nice and helpful. Location was excellent for a Pepperdine visit for my daughter.

The staff was super friendly and responsive. The place was absolutely amazing!! You could hear the waves crashing onto the beach throughout the entire stay. It was an extremely relaxing time and we will 100% be back!

Malibu vacation

I loved our stay at this location. I have stayed at many VRBOs on the California coast and this is my favorite by far. The proximity to the ocean, hearing the waves crash on the sand, smelling the sea. We loved it and will be back again!

3 star pricing in 5 star neighborhood. We love this place and have stayed before and will stay again. The location is amazing and the place is a full apartment! And safe parking is included !!
