Beautiful 2BR/2BA Park Place Condo - Great location

Perfect location - at the corner of Four O'Clock Road and Park Avenue - Park Place Condominium is one block from Main Street on the slope side of town, and only 800 feet (two blocks) from the Snowflake Lift. You can literally walk anywhere - Downtown restaurants, shops, clubs, and taverns, as well as the Ski Lift. If you don't want to walk, you can take the FREE local town shuttle bus - pickup is across the street. Just park at the condo and put your keys away - you won't need to drive!

This spacious unit is approximately 1100 square feet, and contains two bedrooms and two baths arranged in two private suites. The private deck with gas grill overlooks the two on-site hot tubs. There is a new indoor/outdoor shared pool. Free WiFi included, 65-inch HDTV in the living room, 32-inch LCD TV's in each bedroom, and covered parking is available at no additional charge.

Amazing condo and perfect location. We loved our stay at Mara’s! So comfortable, clean and fully stocked. We had everything we needed for our family if 5 adults. Easy walk to Main Street. Mara was an awesome host and responded quickly to all messages. We would highly recommend this condo and we would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay! The condo was clean and well-kept. There was plenty of dishes and cooking utensils; we even cooked a nice steak dinner one night. Location is excellent; close to downtown and walking distance (or a short drive) to the gondola. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great Location and Property

This property was great. Super easy to get to slope and to town. I loved everything about it. Only complaint would be if neighbors upstairs are loud you can hear them walking around. I would bring earplugs and stay here. It was fantastic.

Everything was fantastic. Kitchen had all the essentials to cook in. Restaurants are walking distance if you want to eat out. Fireplace was awesome. Walking distance to slopes. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic place to stay!

We had a terrific experience at Park Place! Mara was wonderful to work with and so responsive and helpful with all my questions about the area and condo. We will definitely stay here again if we vacation in Breckenridge again. Highly recommend to anyone coming to Breckenridge either for skiing or just to vacation in the beautiful town.

Great Breckenridge condo!

We fully enjoyed staying at this Breckenridge condo! The location was perfect for skiing -- short walk to the snowflake lift -- and the hot tub was nice for apres ski! The condo was well furnished with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Very clean and comfortable!

Within walking distance to everything!

This was an awesome place to stay. The biggest plus was that it was within walking distance to everything! Breck free ride is right across the street to get to any slopes, comes every 15 minutes. Kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed to eat in. Loved the steam shower, nice touch.

We had a great time in Breckenridge. I’m not sure we will ever go back during spring break though, it was very busy. Wait times were long everywhere you went.

Family Breck Visit

Property was perfect for our annual trip to the area. Location provides easy access to the Snowflake lift and town. Unit had everything we needed except shampoo but quick walk to the market in town solved that problem! Furniture was comfortable and easily accommodated our family of five. Would recommend the unit to anyone looking for a comfortable spot close to everything that makes Breck great.
