Cozy condo in perfect location!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! This is the absolute best location in Breckenridge. This condominium is one block from Main Street and really close to the River Walk Center for summer concerts and festivals! Shopping and dining are just steps from the residence. The FREE shuttle stops in front of the condominium to take you to the main lift or the gondola is about two blocks away. You can actually 'ski in' on the Four O'Clock run, at the end of the day, or for a quick lunch! You can park your car in the garage and leave it for the entire stay..everything is so convenient. Please note..parking is at a premium in Breckenridge. Only one car is allowed in the condo garage/lot. Additional overnight parking can be found off site.

The condo is comfortable and functional. It has a fully equipped kitchen with seating for six or more. The condominium has one king size bed and two queen-size beds to easily sleep six. The complex has a natural stream running through which lulls you to sleep at night during the warmer months. The balcony has both town and mountain views. There are flat screen T.V's with ROKU in the family room and both bedrooms. The common space has comfortable, luxurious leather furniture for lounging after a long day of activities. Paper products and soap are provided for the first few days of your stay

The community hot tubs are surrounded by glass, and look out to the beautifully maintained courtyard. The condominium has well-lit underground parking and an elevator very close to the unit, for easy unloading after a long day on the slopes.
* At this time we do not take reservations more than nine months in advance.
* Three night minimum during all times, except winter holiday season. Five night minimum during winter holiday season.

Great location, so close to Main Street. The condo was very clean, had modern/updated bathrooms and comfy beds. Loved the reclining couches/loveseat. Host communicated all instructions well. We can’t wait to go back!

Great location

Looked just like the photos, super convenient location, and clean. Easy check in and out. Parking garage was a little tight, so glad we had a small car. I would stay here again.

Great condo! Very clean. We stayed last weekend. The river is right below the front door. There are alot of kitchen items to use for cooking. The proximity to Main street is great! The owners are very kind and responsive.

Excellent Condo

We come to Colorado every year for a ski trip and this was our best place yet. The place is super nice and clean. We loved the ski in and out option as all of our party skis at different levels. Super close to the downtown shops too.

What an incredible location!!!

You can literally ski up to the bottom of the stairs of the unit. The bus stop for the free bus to all the lifts is right outside the condos. We walked to multiple restaurants & the Christy Sports where we rented our gear is literally across the street. On our first full day, we saw a Moose spend 10 minutes eating from the bushes right outside our unit - incredible!

Wonderful location !!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay - it was everything as described and more! Clean, Cozy, Comfortable,- we loved the view of the brook outside of the condo! And the location for walking and hiking was so perfect. We would highly recommend- we hope to stay here again in the future!

Great place and hosts!

Excellent location! Easy bus ride to slopes and walk to downtown. Host was readily available as needed. Unit is spacious with great living area and kitchen.

The location for this property can’t be beat. It’s within walking distance of everything you could want. While this unit isn’t as modern/up to date as many others, it has everything that you’d need for a comfortable stay.

Great condo!

We loved our stay! The condo is even better in person. Very clean, spacious, well-appointed, and a great location close to Main Street and ski in right to the condo. The condo was quiet and beds were comfortable. The owners were so easy to work with and had great communication. We can’t wait to visit again!

Ski holiday

1st floor condo just 1 block from Main Street. Excellent facilities - fully equipped kitchen, tvs in main room & both bedrooms, reclining furniture. Very nice to relax in after skiing. Hot tubs in the complex too. Spotlessly clean on arrival. Highly recommended- would stay here again if returning.

Excellent location and highly recommend

Great location with ski out at property and short walk to Gondola or lift. The condo was in great shape and very impressed with the upgrade in the bathrooms with walk in showers and new vanity and sinks. Plenty of room for large parties and really enjoyed how well the condo was layed out and the size. We loved the location, condo and ski in/out proximity.

Great home base for a ski trip!

We had a great stay at this condo. The furniture (beds/sofas) were extremely comfortable, it was well stocked with amenities, and super clean. I feel like this is one of the few short-term rental properties we have stayed at where the actual property looked much nicer than the photographs. Regarding convenience, You ski right in to the back of the property, and we took a short bus ride each morning to the snowflake lift to start our day. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Great location, walking distance to Main St, 30 second walk to hot tub area, ski shop across street, liquor store across street, bus stop 50ft away, ski in on 4 O'clock run, 10 min walk to gondola. However, when we arrived there were clumps of hair in both shower drains. Also, toilets were visibly soiled from the last occupants.

Getaway

Nice property , short walk to Main Street. Had an 88 year old using walker and parking in garage and using elevator had no problems. Nice balcony .

We have lived in Colorado nearly our whole lives. ALL of Colorado is beautiful but there is just something special about Summit County, especially Breckenridge! There is just something for everyone. Because we live close by, we are able to manage this property ourselves and keep a close eye on it. This also helps us keep the costs down, by not having to pay a management company.

Breckenridge is our favorite place to be, which is why we bought our vacation home there. The air is fresh and cool in the summer and the skiing and outdoor activities can't be beat in the winter! To us....it's paradise!
