Cozy condo in perfect location!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! This is the absolute best location in Breckenridge. This condominium is one block from Main Street and really close to the River Walk Center for summer concerts and festivals! Shopping and dining are just steps from the residence. The FREE shuttle stops in front of the condominium to take you to the main lift or the gondola is about two blocks away. You can actually 'ski in' on the Four O'Clock run, at the end of the day, or for a quick lunch! You can park your car in the garage and leave it for the entire stay..everything is so convenient. Please note..parking is at a premium in Breckenridge. Only one car is allowed in the condo garage/lot. Additional overnight parking can be found off site.

The condo is comfortable and functional. It has a fully equipped kitchen with seating for six or more. The condominium has one king size bed and two queen-size beds to easily sleep six. The complex has a natural stream running through which lulls you to sleep at night during the warmer months. The balcony has both town and mountain views. There are flat screen T.V's with ROKU in the family room and both bedrooms. The common space has comfortable, luxurious leather furniture for lounging after a long day of activities. Paper products and soap are provided for the first few days of your stay

The community hot tubs are surrounded by glass, and look out to the beautifully maintained courtyard. The condominium has well-lit underground parking and an elevator very close to the unit, for easy unloading after a long day on the slopes.
* At this time we do not take reservations more than nine months in advance.
* Three night minimum during all times, except winter holiday season. Five night minimum during winter holiday season.

Great location, so close to Main Street. The condo was very clean, had modern/updated bathrooms and comfy beds. Loved the reclining couches/loveseat. Host communicated all instructions well. We can’t wait to go back!

Great condo! Very clean. We stayed last weekend. The river is right below the front door. There are alot of kitchen items to use for cooking. The proximity to Main street is great! The owners are very kind and responsive.

Looked just like the photos, super convenient location, and clean. Easy check in and out. Parking garage was a little tight, so glad we had a small car. I would stay here again.

What an incredible location!!!

You can literally ski up to the bottom of the stairs of the unit. The bus stop for the free bus to all the lifts is right outside the condos. We walked to multiple restaurants & the Christy Sports where we rented our gear is literally across the street. On our first full day, we saw a Moose spend 10 minutes eating from the bushes right outside our unit - incredible!

Disappointing

The location was very convenient. However, we were disappointed in the following:There was visible dust on many of the horizontal surfaces. The desk had a film of a greasy substance, and so did the boxes of jigsaw puzzles.The outdoor light in front of our unit was out, making it difficult to see when entering and exiting the unit. The beds were not that comfortable. The makeshift closet in one of the bedrooms was unusable due to safety concerns. There were several flammable items (paper, wood, cloth, etc.) on top of and next to the water heater, so we moved those.

Amazing Breckinridge ski trip

This property was amazing, there was a ski run the led right up to the stairs of the condo. To get up the mountain you either have to walk to the gondola or there is a bus stop right in front that will take you, but very ski in ski out like. Very walkable to the village, and all the fun things breck has to offer. Jodi was very responsive and communicated check in effectively. I would stay here everytime if i could great spot.

Excellent Condo

We come to Colorado every year for a ski trip and this was our best place yet. The place is super nice and clean. We loved the ski in and out option as all of our party skis at different levels. Super close to the downtown shops too.

Great location!

Wonderful stay. Very helpful hosts, clean and spacious condo, all in a very convenient location. Very short walk to town. Bus stop at condo entrance and ski back on Four O’clock run at end of day to your door! Comfortable bedrooms and living space with nice fireplace.Only (minor) issue is there is some noise from the condo above you, although was not significant.

Wonderful location !!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay - it was everything as described and more! Clean, Cozy, Comfortable,- we loved the view of the brook outside of the condo! And the location for walking and hiking was so perfect. We would highly recommend- we hope to stay here again in the future!

Perfect location

The unit was exactly as described/pictured. Very spacious, and the living room furniture was so comfortable. Could not have asked for a better location, easy walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants in Breck. The unit itself is conveniently located right by the steps and close to parking, but never had any issues with noise. The mattresses were quite firm, which is not my preference, but for others I'm sure they're fine. I'm a hot sleeper and live somewhere with hot summers, so I was really anxious about going somewhere without air conditioning, but I was needlessly worried. Breck cools off beautifully at night and the room was perfectly comfortable.

Great ski in place

This 2 bedroom was comfortable and had what we needed for a 3 night stay. It was ski in from 4 o'clock. And a 2 block walk to gondola to get going in the mornings. Kitchen was decently equipped and has everything we needed to cook dinners in. Grocery store is pretty close by. Beds were comfortable. Pillows were terrible, bring your own. Bathrooms don't come with shampoo or conditioner (but did come with soap) so be sure to pack hair wash products. Great selection of games and a puzzle! We enjoyed the games! Comfortable seating area in living room, all the sofas have a motorized recliner function. The TV has some live programming but mostly subscription services so bring your log in info if you want to watch Netflix, hulu, etc. Great gas fireplace in the main living room Perfect space for our family of 4. Overall, fantastic location (short walk into town to get crepes), esp if you coming in to ski or enjoy town.

Great location

Great location, walking distance to Main St, 30 second walk to hot tub area, ski shop across street, liquor store across street, bus stop 50ft away, ski in on 4 O'clock run, 10 min walk to gondola. However, when we arrived there were clumps of hair in both shower drains. Also, toilets were visibly soiled from the last occupants.

We have lived in Colorado nearly our whole lives. ALL of Colorado is beautiful but there is just something special about Summit County, especially Breckenridge! There is just something for everyone. Because we live close by, we are able to manage this property ourselves and keep a close eye on it. This also helps us keep the costs down, by not having to pay a management company.

Breckenridge is our favorite place to be, which is why we bought our vacation home there. The air is fresh and cool in the summer and the skiing and outdoor activities can't be beat in the winter! To us....it's paradise!

The best part of this condo is LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Everything is so convenient. Just park your car in the covered parking and enjoy your stay. Everything is within walking distance...no need to tackle traffic and parking.
