Cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo located at Sunrise in Mammoth Lakes, in the scenic Meadow area. Sleeps up to 3 guests and is approximately 800 sq. ft.

This bright ground-floor corner unit is all on one level with large windows and partial views of the surrounding area. The primary bedroom features a king bed and a twin rollaway bed for flexible sleeping arrangements.

The living area includes a flat-screen Smart TV, Wi-Fi, comfortable seating, and dining space. A second flat-screen Smart TV is located in the bedroom. Two outdoor parking spaces are included.

Guests enjoy access to Sunrise's community amenities, including a year-round spa and sauna, as well as a seasonal heated pool. Laundry facilities are available on-site with coin-operated machines.

Complimentary internet and cable TV are provided; however, no refunds are given for connectivity issues.

Very comfortable condo! Bed was very comfortable and the sofas were great for lounging. Location was excellent- easy to get everywhere in town. Bathroom could use updating but everything worked well.

things I did not enjoy.

The walls are so thin. Yu can herar the neighbors watching TV and stopping around on your head all day and nigth and early early in the morning. The Microvave does not work properly.

Met expectations

Property is a solid location and listing is accurate. All the essentials are covered. Big living room and good size bedroom/bath. Apartment heats up fast and the kitchen has everything you need. The bed frame doesn’t match the mattress so we both stubbed our toes a number of times when walking around the bed. The fuse needed to be reset for the kitchen. I recommend sleeping with white noise because you can hear everything from the upstairs apartment. Parking is super easy. We did not like the complex hoa rules that state the hot tub is not open until 4pm. We like using the hot tub in the mornings. Not about to sweat the small stuff, we had a wonderful Mammoth stay.

The location is great and the views were very nice. Lot's of windows and nice walking trails nearby. We would stay here again.
