Nice two bedroom & 2 bath condominium in town near the Sierra Star Golf Course and the shuttle route to the Eagle Lodge Express Ski Lift Area in Mammoth Lakes. Sleeps up to 6. Ground floor unit that is all one level. The primary bedroom has 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, a TV and ensuite private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 1 queen bed and the second bathroom is located in the hall. It has a separate sink and shower area. There is a shower/tub combo. The open floor plan living area has a large flat screen TV, a queen sofa sleeper, a woodburning stove, a dining room with seating for 6 and fully equipped kitchen. Access the deck from the sliding glass door by the dining room table. Wifi and cable TV available. There are 2 outside parking spaces available.

Sunshine Village common area features a year-round hot tub, summer time heated pool, a tennis court and a rec room with a billiard table, a ping pong table and video games. In the summer you have access to BBQ areas throughout the complex. Coin-operated laundry facilities are located in the common area near the office. Sunshine Village is an excellent location to enjoy Mammoth Lakes TOML-CPAN-15328

Winter weekend trip

Took family to play with snow. We like the property being single level and everything was great. It’s just a shame the pool table was out of service but the spa area was very relaxing after a long day on the mountain.

Property was extremely run down

Front door was broken closet door hit my wife in the head it was broken The cold water didn't work in the shower for the master bedroom I got burnt when I took a shower The hot tub was only 85°, it was lukewarm at best spoke with the manager on the property who I guess was the president of the HOA and he threw a plastic chair up against the wall and said things around here don't work forever do they very disappointed I've been staying at the Sunshine village condos for 35 plus years This is the first time I've ever been extremely disappointed..

Mammoth stay Feb 19 - Feb 23

Nice, clean cozy condo in a good location. Conveniently located nears Vons and restaurants. Bedrooms are nice size. The only problem we ran into was the closet door was off the rail when we arrived . Overall though we enjoyed our stay.

Great except for Bathroom

The stay was great, however one of the bathroom lights was dim to the point of there basically being no light in the bathroom. This made the stay difficult and essentially left us with one bathroom.
