The first floor includes the primary bedroom with a California king bed and Smart TV, a fully remodeled bathroom with a walk-in tile shower and quartz vanity, and an open living area with a sectional sofa, recliner, dining table for 6, flat-screen Smart TV, Wi-Fi, wood-burning stove (firewood provided), and access to a private deck. The newly renovated kitchen offers granite countertops, slate appliances, and is fully stocked with dishware, cookware, and utensils.

The loft is open to the living room below by a half wall and includes a queen bed, a set of bunk beds (twin on top, full on bottom), and the second remodeled full bathroom.

Guests enjoy access to Sunrise’s community amenities, including a year-round spa and sauna, as well as a seasonal heated pool. Laundry facilities are available on-site with coin-operated machines. Two outdoor parking spaces are included.
