[5 Star] Bright, Spacious & Conveniently Located

A very bright open townhome, with easy access to the mountain while being short walking distance to town. Two bedrooms and a large loft, will give guests enough room to spread out. The Woodlands complex features a very large pool and hot tub, sauna, easy access parking with a direct entrance into the unit. We have made the unit very child friendly for parents, so leave your toys and pack n play at home - we have them available for your use.

The Red Line shuttle stops DIRECTLY outside of the unit, and runs through town stopping at the Village and continuing to Main Lodge.

****COVID Certification: We have completed a County of Mono self-certification for businesses and are implementing all applicable health and safety requirements for this business, pursuant to the County of Mono document Guidelines for Businesses during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Also, we have limited some of the items within the unit. There is no access to toys/games, and the kitchen supplies are limited to the necessities to keep our cleaning fee low. Mono County requires anything within kitchen cabinets to be cleaned/sanitized even if not used, so we have kept the appropriate amount of dishware and supplies for 8 guests.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is exactly how it is described and look like the photos. The kitchen is well stocked and beds were comfy. We would definitely stay again.

The stay was very good. The host Ryan is prompt in his communications and the place is well maintained. The surrounding area is great for being pet friendly. We would definitely recommend staying here and we will stay here again in the upcoming months.

The condo was great! Very clean, well-stocked, and centrally located. Parking was super easy, even with our 3/4 ton pickup. The upstairs loft would have been a super awesome place to stay when I was a kid!!

Great stay

This was our second time staying at this place. It was clean and comfortable. The host was very attentive. We have stayed once in the summer and winter and it met our expectations both trips. Great location to grab the trolley into town and near the village and plenty of places to eat

The place was super clean when we arrived! The location is amazing, all hiking locations were super close, as well as places to eat! Owner was super nice and communicated when he needed to. Would stay here again

Great Value and convenient location for Eagle and dining on the town.

5-star property…loved how stocked the property was, ease of catching the local bus and how comfortable the beds were. The only thing you should be aware of is that the parking is uncovered and if you get stuck in a massive storm, you’ll need to be prepared to dig it out.

Perfect location, roomy and comfortable space!

Great space for our needs. Kitchen was well-stocked. Supermarket, coffee shop, etc. within walking distance. Host was accommodating and communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. Already looking forward to our next stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The only negative thing, was the hot water only lasted for like 5 minutes when showering.

Thanks for the feedback!! I wish you had told me about the shower as often resetting the water heater (simple process) can help that issue of running out of hot water quickly. Glad you had a good stay otherwise!

Great location and plenty of room

Stayed with my wife, 2 adult daughters and 3-year-old grandson. The House was ready to go; we prepared all meals there and found the location to be great. Near a park and plenty of stores and restaurants. 10-minute drive to the main lodge for skiing. Thanks

Beautiful and cozy

Beautiful home. My family and I wanted a cozy place and this was perfect. My whole family was so impressed with everything. And Ryan was so friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!
