BEACHTOPIA at Seaside Beach:  Ocean Front On The Prom - South Unit: This is a one of a kind home, this listing is just for the south unit unit featuring 2 bedrooms and 1 and a half baths. With one bedroom featuring an amazing ocean view and a king bed and the second room with a mountain view and a queen bed plus an additional two twin roll away beds. The full bathroom with a tub shower combo is also upstairs. While the main floor features the living room, dinning room and kitchen all with fantastic views and just steps to the sand. You can have all this and still have just a 8 minute walk to downtown Seaside. We are sorry the fireplace is out of order.

A MESSAGE FROM OUR FAMILY: We are so thankful for your support during these trying times. As always, if the cities of Seaside, Gearhart, or Cannon Beach prohibits us from hosting guests, your trip will be covered for a 100% refund.

By booking in advance, you are supporting the thirty families that work within our company. We appreciate you and hope you’ll consider us for your business. We are going even more in depth with our cleaning program to ensure your comfort and peace of mind during your stay. This includes using an EPA certified disinfectant as our main surface cleaner throughout the home.

Seaside Vacation Homes has fifty of the cleanest and most highly maintained homes within a diversity of price points in our collection.
