The house is very nice and was clean. We have rented several years now. The set up was perfect but we now need another bathroom as girls are getting older. If there was another bathroom we would definitely rebook this house.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Our stay was good despite the fact that a lot of the Cape stores and restaurants were not open yet. The house itself was OK except for the fact that the nail heads into the planks on the deck and entrance way to the house need to be pounded down. The rear deck has a spot where the planks could give slivers to anyone walking without shoes or sandals. The furniture in the house needs to be restuffed. It is difficult for senior citizens to get out of the sofa and chair.

44 Bassett Lane did not disappoint. This is the third time we’ve stayed at this home and some nice updates are made each time. This home was very comfortable for our family of 4. The quiet street and location close to mini-golf, restaurants, ice cream, shopping and the beach is so convenient! Even driving to the bay side beaches is no problem from this location. I highly recommend and look forward to staying here again next year!
