Walk to nice sandy beach! 2 bedrooms located on main level (each with window ac), and an additional large bedroom located upstairs (portable ac unit). Tastefully decorated living area with updated kitchen. Additional amenities include washer and dryer (located in shed) Lovely yard with deck, gas grill and enclosed outdoor shower. Only 3/10 of a mile to Glendon Road Beach.

Walking distance to seasonal favorites, including the Dog House, Chapins Fish and Chips beach bar, Bandera's, Southside Cantina, What's the Scoop ice cream, Cleat and Anchor, One Stop and the Sailing Cow! There is no shortage of options at this location!

Experienced renter in the Yarmouth - Dennis area.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While there were no major issues, we did have to replace batteries in TV remote (no extras there), furniture looked old and stained (couch especially), and overall space was much tighter than photos suggest.

The house has everything that we needed. Plenty of space for our family and for visitors. The back porch is perfect for enjoying a book while watching the kids play in the back yard. We will definitely be back.

The set up of bedrooms and living space suited everyone.There was plenty of room to spread out. That outdoor shower was loved by all. The entire house is updated and so clean. We loved it and are already negotiating everyone’s work schedule so we can return next year!

Location to the beach was a great walk. We had an issue with the upstairs air conditioning on a very hot weekend but the property mgmt company was great and came out right away to fix. Would definitely recommend this property to family and friends

There is plenty of room to stretch out both inside and outside. The home is clean, comfortable, and welltaken care of. The fenced in backyard, beautiful back deck area, and the outdoor shower are so useful. The walk to the ocean side beach is 5 minutes. The neighborhood and road are relatively quiet which allows for carefree walks. There are plenty of restaurants, bakeries, delis, and ice cream shops within a one mile radius. Overall...terrific.
