Enjoy a private backyard retreat featuring a patio with outdoor dining, gas grill, and awning. Inside, the home offers three bedrooms and two baths, a formal living and dining room, plus an open-concept family room, dining area, and kitchen. Additional amenities include central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and Smart TV with streaming services.
Special Note: Washer/dryer is located in the basement, interior access.

House is getting tired
Rating Details:
The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

the rugs need to be replaced in family room and kitchen. pavers need to be put out in back to get to the shower. the patio furniture was all rusty.

This our 3rd year at Kings Row. Love the location, close to our beaches. It's mid cape so easy to get to many other attractions. It is a very quiet neighborhood. Great ice cream place just round the corner on 6A! Many restaurants available. Our family enjoys the stay. Martha Murray keeps you informed regarding the rental. And is responsive to any questions that arise during your stay.

it's our 3rd or 4th year and we really like it. It has everything we need. the only thing missing is some type of walkway to the outside shower.
