This three bedroom duplex home features a renovated kitchen with front deck perfect for those sunny days. Located less than 500 feet to shared/private beach in West Dennis. Amenities include a split unit air conditioner in living room, enclosed outdoor shower, blender, coffeemaker and microwave. Picnic table and gas grill.

Situated in the heart of West Dennis, you can easily take a drive down Lower County Road to visit local restaurants including Sundae School Ice Cream, Dog House, and The Wee Packet just to name a few. If you wanted to check out other beaches along Nantucket Sound, West Dennis Beach (1 mile) and South Village Beach (.4 mile) are located right around the corner.

Ceiling fans filthy, bath room floor and corners need cleaning, backdoor outside light did not work, no good frying pan, and can opener broken. Great location and very good beach access.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th year renting 27 Lanyard Lane and it continues to be exactly what we need. The 3 bedrooms fit my family, the dining room/living space is large enough for us to use without being overcrowded, and the AC really helps on those hot days. We love the private beach and use it daily. Martha Murray has served us well and sent out a repair person immediately when we discovered that a piston to the front door was broken on arrival. Very satisfied overall and we submitted our reservation again for next year.

Great location but needs improvement

Overall good. But smelled bad under cabinet where pots and pans are stored. A large women's bra was found on the bedroom floor by my 11 year old grandson and bedroom closets were cluttered with old dirty items.
