Location, Location, Location! This charming, pristine Cape Cod home features a short walk to private beach! Relax with family in either spacious side of this side by side duplex. Each side features 3 bedrooms and a large bright living room featuring hardwood floors.

A huge deck spans the length of the house and is perfect for relaxing before and after your day at the beach. Each side has outdoor showers! A washer and dryer is available and we have just added CENTRAL AIR for your enjoyment!

This was a perfect location near two beaches that are favorites of mine. The property was very clean, the host was very communicative. It was a comfortable stay 10/10 would recommend.

It was a great little cottage. very clean which we liked. The only issue was, I did not understand why it says linens included. I thought that meant sheets and towels. It did not provide linens. Otherwise it was a nice clean very cute cottage with a short walk to a beautiful beach..

Perfect spot!

We love staying here. The property is well maintained and stocked with everything we would need. We love how close it is to beaches, restaurants, and sights around the cape.

Amazing Vacation Cottage

Perfect for family of 4

We wanted to say thank you, for our amazing family trip. The house was so nice and we enjoyed our entire stay. It was also a great first experience using Vrbo.We now want to make this a yearly visit and also got to meet the very friendly neighbors.

Wondering stay

The home was perfect for us. From check in to check out everything went perfectly. The home was well stocked, very clean, and just a short walk to the beach. We would recommend the home to anyone visiting Cape Cod.

Good house, in need of additions

I'm going to list this review in pros and cons. Pros: Great location, private beach access was perfect, water pressure in indoor shower was great, outdoor shower is a plus, great big deck, clean (could maybe use a deep clean but clean), central air was great, and the washing amine works well. Cons; For a place that has sand for the driveway and a stern warning about not bringing sand into the house; the vaccum was awful. The water pressure in the outdoor shower was like a firehouse, too much for little kids, the grill didn't reach above 250 degrees, and the tank was already more than half empty when we got there, the dryer does not work (it took over two hours to dry a small load), while I understand it was bring your own linens: there were only two small worn blankets for under comforters, no bath mat (which was dangerous) and not a dish towel in sight. Small things like no corn holders, a peeler that doesn't peel. When i asked if there were board games the owner said yes, but there were two of the same exact game for adults. It says there are beach chairs, they are rusted and barely opened. All in all if you are a young couple who will eat out and just hang- great house. As a mom who literally had to pack everything and then realized there was even less when I got there it was way too much work, and expensive I am not knocking the house at all but just feel like families should be aware of how much you actually have to bring if you have kids with you. Too much work.

Thank you so much for the input Nicole. Really appreciate the feedback. As you can tell by the condition of the house we are always making upgrades each season and utilize feedback to ensure that we have everything covered. To date, I haven’t heard any issues or feedback regarding the vacuum, the dryer, or the grill temperature. I will have those looked at immediately. I also haven’t heard any complaints about outdoor shower pressure being too hard. I will look into that also. Our goal is to provide a seamless experience for families, as well as young couples or empty nesters. Thank you again for your input and appreciate your business. Have a wonderful holiday!

Murphy St in West Dennis was a find. Short walk to the beach . Easy on and off roads to get groceries and get to a CVS.

Great location, perfect for adult friends

Overall excellent. I had some difficulty with unlocking and relooking key box. It took a some time to get assistance. Overall very clean, but wash machine was unusable: water was brown.

This cottage is in a great location and was very clean and well kept. Walking distance to a small private beach was a plus. Definitely will visit again.

Nice and clean house near a private beach

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was clean, with nice appliances (and Nest thermostat). Three good size bedrooms (for a vacation house). 10 minutes walking to a small private beach (you need to bring with you a flag, that is in the house, to show you can use that beach). There are several other beaches nearby that you can reach by car. Quiet area, with little light at night so you can see a bit of stars.

Delightful vacation home!

We had a wonderful vacation in this gem of a vacation home! Great location with walking distance to the beach and it is just around the corner from multiple restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries. The only thing we would've changed is ample shade on the deck as the afternoon sun 🌞 is lovely but can be strong after a day on the beach. Also, be sure to bring paper products (paper towels and toilet paper) along w a bath mat for the indoor shower. Otherwise everything is provided including wonderful central AC and internet. We will definitely rent this beach house again! :-)

The girls loved it!

The beach is close by and the house is comfortable, clean, well appointed. Our daughter and her friends had a wonderful time and enjoyed the house very much. The remote was missing for the DVD player but aside from that it was great!
