Like stepping back in time (with a fully equipped and modernized kitchen that somehow still honored the house's integrity. ) We were treated with a bag of extra house supplies conveniently awaiting the need should it arise. (like that roll of toilet paper). Spacious and clean the Moose House shared her history through a binder that told her story. The rooms were large and plentiful; multiple bed rooms, dining, parlors; living spaces where we all could hunker down together or spread out for a breather. The wrap around porch, trees and yard were a bonus. Our host communicated fluently as did her associate who dealt with our arrival and departure. Very family friendly. The kids especially enjoyed their walk to the Ice Cream shop down the road a bit.

a big beautiful house for a family

this house was so clean and well appointed for a big group. the kitchen was amazing. the location was perfect for us to get to our favorite beaches. I highly recommend.

Great stay, great house and great close beaches

The house was awesome large enough to fit our large group of 11, 8 adults and 3 children. Kitchen was great and had everything we needed. Backyard was great and there were bunnies that the kids loved to watch. The rooms were spacious and bed were comfortable. The bunk bed in the small room was a little rickety, so we just used the bottom bed. Location was great close to 4 great beaches. Definitely staying next year. Everyone can’t wait to come back. Thanks for a great week!

Outstanding

We really loved our stay. The home is very nicely historically reserved. The kitchen however is fully renovated which makes it a perfect combination between charm and comfort. The location is really good. Near local beaches, restaurants and walking distance from Smugglers ice cream store. We definitely plan to return

Fabulous Cape Vacation

My husband, daughters, and I rented this home for a week. It has incredible details and is a lovely home. The bedrooms are all large, airy, and have huge, beautiful windows. The downstairs is beautiful as well with lots of room. The house is located on 6A which is a rather busy road but the noise didn’t disturb us at all. Sarah was prompt in responding to our inquiry when we couldn’t locate the key to the basement. We would highly recommend this home!! The beds are also extremely comfortable and the house was very clean upon arrival.
