Immaculate updated Nantucket style home located in exclusive Wrinkle Point community. Amazing open floor plan featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Tastefully updated with a new kitchen and bathrooms. Antique wide pine wood floors with a massive center fireplace offer a unique blend of old and new. New Stone backyard patio and walkways adorned with detailed landscaping and deluxe outdoor shower. Amenities include central ac, washer, dryer, and wifi. Only .3 miles to a shared private river beach and playground with kayaking paddle launch onto Bass River. Less than a mile to West Dennis Beach. Home has You Tube TV, streaming only.

Please note: Home has steep stairs going to 2nd level

Pleasant house in quiet neighborhood.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at 22 Porter Lane before. It’s a pleasant, bright house which is close to West Dennis beach. We enjoy walking in the neighborhood and viewing the Bass river close by.The downstairs is comfortable with the a/c, but the upstairs is hard to cool down. 2 fans were supplied, but only 1 worked.The house is well cared for and clean.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was conveniently located close to the beach and was in a beautiful neighborhood. It was clean and and well kept and had enough room for our family and friends. Some of the bathroom fixtures constantly fell apart, had issues with some of the bedroom windows, the downstairs bathroom door jammed often, and some of the bedroom comforters were stained. However, we had a great time and would highly recommend.

Great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location for a family with kids. Neighborhood safe for them to ride bikes. Beach within walking distance. House fully equipped with everything for a great stay. A few things that could have made for an even better stay: The 2nd floor was a bit hot - the AC did not do a great job cooling it off (we do like a cold house). The twin beds in one of the bedrooms a bit short for my 14 year old son. The management company was excellent. We will be renting the same house again next summer!

There is central air conditioning, but it just doesn't cool the second floor down to a comfortable level. The mattresses could use to be updated. All in all it was a great second summer in this house and we look forward to another summer there.
