Walking distance to seasonal favorites, including the Dog House, Chapins Fish and Chips beach bar, Bandera's, Southside Cantina, What's the Scoop ice cream, Cleat and Anchor, One Stop and the Sailing Cow! There is no shortage of options at this location!

The house and stay was perfect. Could not have asked for anything more. The house was clean, spacious and has everything we needed. It also has a great deck and yard to enjoy after the beach. We also love how close it is to the beach! The check in/out process was efficient too! Def will be back

Had a great time at 80 Beaten Rd. The house was well looked after, clean with many kitchen accoutrements. So handy to have the washer/dryer in the kitchen to clean clothes before our return. Would certainly return to this rental
