Beautiful Ocean views from our 3 Bedroom Cottage and only 40 steps to Glendon Beach. Enjoy the sunrise or sunset from your sunny patio or porch and listen to the ocean waves. Cottage has comfortable beds, renovated kitchen, many recent upgrades, Central Air and Heat, well equipped kitchen, outdoor grill, beach chairs, Beach Umbrella, and everything you need to enjoy your day at the beach. Conveniently located. Walking distance to a number of other easy access beaches, convenient store, restaurants, pubs, mini golf, ice cream, gift shop, live music and fishing spots. The cottage is available year-round. We recently added a NEW Heating and Cooling system. many new upgrades and renovations throughout. NEW Patio Paver in 2023 (photos coming soon) Great spot to getaway. Also ideal for those who work from home that may need a change of scenery.

This cottage is part of the Woody Glen Village, which is made up 7 individually owned cottages across the street from Glendon Beach.

LINENS and TOWELS - Guests must bring their own linens and towels. Host will provide blankets, pillows and comforters. For those in need of linens and towels, please refer to https://cclinenrental.com/ for rentals

NEW in 2025: NEW - Linen Service. we supply blankets and pillows. Our cleaning agency will provide linens, towels, beach towels and face clothes for a small fee of $150. If you are interested in this service, please let us know.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location was perfect, within walking distance of three beaches, which was a huge advantage since many of the larger beaches in the area were very crowded and had limited parking. The ocean view was beautiful, and we especially enjoyed sitting at the outdoor table and taking in the scenery.The owner was fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. They responded quickly to emails, provided helpful recommendations about the area, and made us feel welcome from the start.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

The location was AMAZING and the condo was extremely nice inside, everything was recently updated. We stayed for a long weekend in September and the weather was perfect, we woke up every morning and watched the sunrise over the water. The property was very clean though one small thing that we noticed was a musty/pet smell during some points in the day, this may just be due to the proximity to the water and the humidity that close to the water. I would absolutely stay there again!

You pay for location that's it. We payed for linens when we arrived there was no sheets, towels called owner told to unlock chest, it was filled with wadded up linen, some was dirty. The towels were a joke. Upon unpacking we noticed mirror in bathroom dirty and shower had hair on the walls and floor. Glass ware dirty as well as utensils. Next day we called owner about the ants, all he said is he had them treated before the season, there is raid under the sink. Also refrigerator door would not stay closed had to prop something against it. When owner was notified all he said was his handman took care of that. It was a very disappointing experience. The location is great but that is it. We have rented other places and have never experienced anything like this.

Sorry to hear about your experience. Our goal is to provide the best Cape Cod experience possible. This year for our linen service we have 2 linen chests that provide linens for incoming guests. For your stay, you had access to the NEW linens in the NEW chest that was never used before. The linens were neatly packed in the chest - there should not have been any dirty items. I believe we gave you access to Chest #1 by accident which would have been empty from the prior guests and was out to be laundered. From our phone conversation this was corrected within 5 minutes of your arrival. Sorry for the mix up. I apologize about the ants - I believe that was corrected during your stay. We contacted our pest control company, and they sprayed outside of the house. The refrigerator is fairly new, and we added some magnets inside of the rubber seal that keeps the door with a tighter seal. I do this in my house too. For some unknown reason - the magnets were taken out of the seal and placed along the side of the fridge. Thanks for sharing that info - my handyman was able to correct that. I did share with my cleaning agency on the cleanliness. From our experience they have been our cleaners for the past 4 years and our properties do receive positive experiences with the cleanliness. After they clean, they like to send me a video of the final cleaning. I can't tell from the most recent video on the shower, but we apologize and thank you for bringing this to our attention.

The good: John was an excellent communicator and very gracious when a medical emergency had us questioning whether we could make the trip. The location across from Glendon Beach is convenient, and the outdoor chairs/table are wonderful for morning coffee, sunsets, and people-watching.Unfortunately, the interior did not come close to matching the luxury price we paid. The cottage felt far too small for our family of four, with furniture and beach décor crammed into every available space. The mattresses were saggy and lumpy, rugs dirty and worn, towels scratchy and mismatched, and linens threadbare. The queen bed was even propped up on cinder blocks and paperback books. Overall, the interior felt haphazard, worn, and in need of a thorough cleaning and refresh. It was difficult to relax, particularly given the premium price, and we ultimately left a day early.There were also safety concerns. The steep stairs to the upstairs room need a railing. More seriously, two screws were sticking up from a board near the back steps/outdoor shower. I stepped on one barefoot and punctured my foot. Although the owner said that area was not under his control and he contacted the other condo owner, the hazard remained throughout our stay.There is also street noise and we could hear guests through the adjoining condo walls.Overall, we really wanted to love this cottage, but the interior quality, upkeep, and unresolved safety issue did not justify the price.

Sorry to hear about your experience. When you first arrived - we talked on the phone and you shared with me how much you loved the property and the area and everything was great. You sent me a email and called the cottage and location, "Amazing". You complimented the decor and the cleanliness. 3 Days before your arrival you shared a medical emergency for a family member that would prevent you from coming to the Cape. We offered a number of options for you and your guests, if you were unable to make your vacation. Including a refund. We were surprised to hear that under the circumstances you chose to continue the booking. As discussed, We would have worked with you in regards to a refund. We talked about the screw that was on a walkway and that was not part of our property but a common area shared by beach goers. Unfortunately, not much I could do but make a few phone calls. It was addressed and corrected and I reached out to check in with you. Over the years our guests have shared very positive reviews. Any concerns we take very seriously and address immediately. For the price - we feel that for what we offer - being steps to a beaches, Beach Views, 3 bedrooms, beach supplies, location and amenities - our rates are fair and reasonable and less than similar cottages half mile and miles to the beach. Our goal is to provide our guests with the best Cape Cod experience.

Cute cottage

My family and I spent two days here, looking back, should have stayed longer just to get more time in the area. This cottage was pretty much exactly as we expected it to be and in a good location.

Fun place

Great location, Fun house with lots of rooms, everything you need is there 2nd floor best view front porch table and umbrella viewing ocean walk to restaurant more chairs then you could ever need pillows pillows pillows the outside front porch chairs are top quality very comfortable bed full kitchen with everything you need we will be back from Buffalo NY

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage. This house is updated with a cozy beach feel. The owners kept some of the original features like the knotty pine, mixed with the new updates. Loved that. Location is awesome! The cottage is very small, but the layout works. The kitchen is fully stocked with lots of cookware, dishes, glasses, etc. fully functional. My favorite part of the cottage was the outdoor shower and patio!

Family wedding

We came down to the cape for a family wedding at the Pelham house. The cottage was a perfect location to walk to the venue but also to be right across the street from the beach. Unfortunately there were crazy winds that spending an afternoon on the beach with the kids couldn’t happen.

Can't wait to come back

We came to visit Cape Cod in Sept and we loved the location of this house. Even with all the rain that we got during our stay we could still look out the windows and see the beautiful ocean. we can not wait to come next year and hopefully enjoy the beach! the owner was easy to get ahold of (due to my stupidity of not reading the directions on where to park to get into the cottage). Great cottage and area to visit!

Absolutely Adorable Beach House

Upon arrival we had great communications with the owner. When I walked in the door it was truly perfect and spotless. Decor was classy and fitting for the home. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook for the family easily. And the location - amazing! I would highly recommend this property... you won't be disappointed.

Old wharf drive

Very nice little house. Nicely decorated. Hearing the ocean was so soothing. A little mockingbird serenading was our morning wake up call! The beaches are beautiful! An extra step out front would be nice. The walkers and joggers were so nice. Nice people all around!

Perfect Getaway

This was our second year staying in this house, and it we can only say amazing things about it! The hosts were great to communicate with and very responsive. The home was clean and the updated kitchen was perfect for any cooking we needed to do when we weren't out enjoying the local seafood and restaurants! The proximity to the beach cannot be beat and allowed us to soak up whatever sun May in the Cape had to offer! The outdoor shower, beach chairs and kids toys were also great! We would definitely recommend this home to others and plan to be back soon!

Fall family vacation

My 82 yr old Mom, 30 year old daughter and my boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay at this cozy cottage by the beach! There were plenty of things to do to satisfy all of the generations! The water was really warm for September and we all enjoyed a swim. The bike trails were great and I enjoyed jogging/walking on the trail in front of the cottage. The cottage had everything you could need and everything was very clean and organized. The outdoor shower was great!!!

Glad you had a nice vacation and that our cottage was able to accommodate everyone. In 2024 we had our front patio remodeled with NEW patio pavers. It has opened up the space, making the ocean views more enjoyable. We also added a NEW front step. Enjoy your summer. John and Laura

We have been vacationing on the Cape since we were kids. We have been regular visitors and vacationers since 2010. For the past few years we have been looking for a Beach House that offered everything we need. Finding the perfect location was very challenging. This cottage fits our needs and will be a great experience for all who stay here. Vacationing on the Cape is our highlight of the year. Glendon Beach is one of our favorite beaches in Dennis Port. Did you know that there are 20 public beaches in Dennis?? We like that there are no stairs and you can walk right onto the beach. The beach is protected by a few Jettys and the sand is amazing. There is also a bathhouse, which is a BIG bonus. For those who enjoy spending time on the beach - this is the perfect place. We enjoy having dinners on the porch and walking over to the beach. Glendon Beach is only a few steps from the front door. Throughout the day we enjoy walking the beach, swimming, visiting the Sailing Cow Restaurant, fishing off the jetties and soaking up the sun. We supply beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella and beach toys/equipment to make your traveling and Cape Cod experience stress free. If you need a break from the sun - the cottage is right, there. Walking distance to restaurants, Mini Golf, snack shack, ice-cream, and other beaches is always a highlight. Being close to the beach also makes it easy to set up a picnic or just head over to take a nap while listening to the waves. Glendon offers amazing sunrises and sunsets. We have a great cleaning agency that is very thorough with attention to detail. We have over 20 years of experience in providing our guests with vacations on the Cape that create great memories.
