The ONE BEDROOM/ONE BATHROOM VILLA features:

One master bedrooms with two queen beds and private bathroom, dinning room, fully equipped kitchen including electric range, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, glasses, and pots. Washer & dryer. Two cable TV's. Central air conditioning and Wireless Internet. Living room, and terrace overlooking the lake Big Sand Lake, one of Florida's purest natural lakes you see in the picture and the breathtaking Sunset and Sunrise from the Villa's living room and patio.

Beautiful Condo

This place was the perfect location! Very close to Universal and Sea World. The house was clean and comfortable. We liked the 2 floor layout as the teens could hang out downstairs and have their own area. The refrigerator was large, we had a washer and dryer if we needed it. I would've appreciated more toilet paper, but overall it was great! Nice owner and great communication.

Quiet and comfortable!

Very quiet, peaceful community. Villa was clean and organized. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Very nice scebery from the back patio.

Relaxing and conveniently located.

We enjoyed walking by the lake behind the villa and it was clean and conveniently located to many attractions.

Fab little villa

Lovely Villa, ideal location for parks and nicely located on lake. Host very responsive and checks in to check all good, would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay while attending my conference

The villa was perfect for my stay. It was only 15 miles away from the conference that I was attending. It was so pleasant to be able to come back here after my busy conference. You have a great place.

Me and my family really enjoyed our stayed. Restaurants, supermarkets, theme parks and gas stations very convenient. Neighbors are quiet plus nice backyard views.

Oh my gosh! The condo is great, but the view is AMAZING!

The condo was VERY immaculate, efficient, impeccable, and comfortable! However, what the photo does not show is the beauty of the view over the lake in the mornings and especially in the evenings. The sunsets were wonderful! We got the mornings started with coffee on the back patio and especially enjoyed the relaxation, sitting and enjoying the magnificent view after a busy day of activities! It was a wonderful plus to the enjoyable condo stay that we were not expecting.

Quiet retreat

I came to Orlando for a conference and found this little gem of a place. I stayed here a week. The property is an older one, but the inside was nice, clean and comfortable. I felt safe talking walks around the area and enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings.

Could be great

We had a fun time overall and enjoyed our stay, HOWEVER. The place had a funny musty smell, the beds and pillows were very hard and uncomfortable, and the air conditioning didn't work very well. Also, while the pictures would lead you to believe there is a pool on the property it's actually a picture of the resort next door, which is private. A little shady and misleading.

Mmmmm

I'm not sure who has been writing all the reviews, but it was not very clean, but then again we didn't get to stay where the pictures were taken. I am not sure why. Two dead bugs, and one live cockroach. Snotty trails on one of bedspreads which made me question the cleanliness of everything else. It was a good proximity to great restaurants, universal, convention center, etc. Easy to get to and better than a hotel. I emailed the owner about the dirty comforter on the bed and did not receive a reply.

Upon arrival it smelled of mildew. The place is not like in the pictures. The beds were HORRIBLE and apparently we weren’t able to turn the thermostat below 70 or the pipes would freeze. We had to purchase batteries for the remotes, we had to adjust the shower head because it was leaking and there is a fully developed wasp nest above the back patio! Between the couch and the bed I’m not sure which was harder.

Very Small Condo and Old

We rented this condo for the location but it is Extremely overpriced for what you get. The beds are comfortable and the complex is quiet. Tennis court is run down and abandoned. Landscaping is not maintained and whole complex looks abandoned. Lots of black mold in the 1st floor master bedroom drywall ceiling should have been repaired months ago (or years ago)as this is a serious health issue. Pictures are deceiving. The owner was very accommodating with our request to drop off our bags before check-in time.

Just okay

Wasn't planning on reviewing but kept getting a review reminder in my. Of every couple of days. Place is exactly as pictured. Very basics supplied, plan a big shopping trip for toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, laundry soap, salt pepper, coffee, bar soap, clean pillows, ant spray, etc....Not that cozy vacationing feeling that makes u want to come back Or tell everyone about it. Wasn't' as clean as I kept my own home-so that was hard to deal with. Layout of home was tight and didn't accommodate family time very well.

OK for the price.

For the price this location was ok. The photos in the listing were a bit deceiving though. The photos made the place look much larger than it really is. The location is also a bit dated and could use some freshening up. Although the villa was clean, it seemed like a lot was falling apart. The towel bar in the bathroom fell off the wall onto my wife's foot while she was just removing a towel from it. The blinds were falling off the track from the back door every time we tried to open or close them. The back door itself does not lock which I found to be a huge security risk. It is only held closed by a tin bar laid into the track on the floor. The dresser drawers would fall off the tracks every time they were opened or closed. The downstairs shower head was leaking and spraying a lot which I had to fix on my own to keep the bathroom from getting soaked. HOWEVER it was not a terrible experience. The place was clean and conveniently located to everything. It just needs a little TLC to update it. The beds were comfortable and the shower water was hot which is very important to me. We really didn't have any negative issues. For the price I received what I paid for. I would stay here again if I came back to the area, (although I would ask for the back door lock to be repaired for safety).
