Our villas are two-story high, fully air-conditioned and fully equipped. All linens and towels are included. An initial supply of soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towel, and dish soap is also provided.

The ONE BEDROOM AND A HALF / TWO BATH VILLA ( 980 sqft. ) features:

UPSTAIRS: PRIVATE MASTER BEDROOM with 1 queen size bed, closet and one TV, a SEMI-PRIVATE SECOND BEDROOM with a queen size bed and closet. One full bathroom in the private master bedroom (and a full bathroom downstairs).

The set up of the rooms is ideal for families with small kids. You would have to pass through a smaller bedroom to access the main bedroom.

DOWNSTAIRS: breakfast area, fully equipped kitchen (electric range, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, glasses, pots, etc.), and a living room with a full-size sofa bed, a full bathroom, patio with two chairs and a small table. One TV, washer and dryer.

Myrtle was an excellent host, answered very quickly. Parking was so convenient - two assigned stalls very close to the townhouse! Location near Trader Joe’s, and I think Outlets, too, but we only did the parks. Right between Universal and Disney World! Quiet location, nice backyard view. Loved the drawers and counter space in the bathroom - made it so easy to keep my toiletries at hand and get ready faster! Plus the light was good - not like at some hotels where you’re in the dark! Could use a little more outlets in the bedrooms, but we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Myrtle!

Just what we needed for Disney

Clean, comfortable, perfect for a trip to Disney. Approximately 10-15 min drive to parks, lots of restaurants near by. Seemed like a good location. Check in and out were easy. Will def stay again!

Conference and theme parks

The flat is in a good, central location that made commuting easy. There was some mold in the upstairs bathroom on arrival, but the host sent a handyman to address this in a timely manner. The consumable items listed in the ad were extremely limited and of low quality. Ants and a cockroach were notes throughout the stay, although perhaps this may be normal in Florida homes. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay and word recommend as a functional accommodation.

Cute condo in great location

The condo is very neat and cute and the location is great, easy access to everything via car. Communication with the host was great, she answered my questions very quickly. We arrived very late at night and getting access was simple. The kitchen had everything we needed for quick meal prep and grocery stores are close by. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, and you have to walk through one to get to the other so it’s not super private. Not a problem for us. The pull out couch downstairs is super uncomfortable, the reason for only 4 stars. We also didn’t find linens for the pull out couch and ended up buying blankets. Downstairs couch aside, this is a great place for a small group and I recommend the condo and the lovely host.

Great location but beware of traffic noise

Overall the place was good but the one surpise is the traffic noise. Everything else was as advertised. Couch though was very uncomfortable and the place had very small ants which there was ant killer under the sink to treat them. Property manager was excellent and was very responsive to all my questions.

Great Location

Clean and tidy space. Great location that is close to lots of stores and attractions as well as a short drive into downtown. Easily accessible. Something worth mentioning is that the bedrooms are connected with one bathroom in one bedroom. That would be weird for some people. If we have a small group, we would stay here again.

Myrtle’s home was very clean and comfortable. In a great location close to Universal and Disney. Just a few minutes from downtown Orlando made it very accessible for anything we needed. Very affordable and would stay there again!

Perfect location. It was perfectly between Universal Studios, Disney World, and the airport. Large space to move around with comfortable and nice furniture.

Great host, cozy stay.

The host was incredible, great communication. Just to update based on other reviews the iron is replaced and new. Construction on the freeway could be heard in the unit beginning in the morning. No fault of the host. Just wanted to note it for future guests. No oven, just toaster oven and no dishwasher. No big deal just wanted to note it for future guests. Cute villa. A little dated, good for small families.

Perfect Location!

This stay was the perfect home base for me and my friends’ trip to Disney World. It was very convenient and had just enough room for four adults. I would recommend this stay!

Comfortable stay

We had a great stay at the location. This unit was perfect for our 3 member family with space to share. It was close to all the parks which helped us get to them faster. Myrtle was always reachable to address any of the questions.

Myrtle was a great host. We enjoyed visiting Orlando for vacation and coming back to a cute little villa. Myrtle was quick to respond and even allowed us to check-in early!

Cute, comfortable and convenient

I stayed for five days with my two adult kids. The townhouse is cute and has all the basic necessities. Everything was clean and well-kept. The convenience factor was huge, too. Easy drive back and forth to airport, Universal, Icon Park and Gatorland. A Walmart down the street to stock up on snacks and groceries and many restaurants close by. Sunsets over the lake behind the townhouse were spectacular. It was nice for each of us to have our own bed with the two bedrooms and the convertible futon sofa bed in the living room that was easy to put up and down each day. Might feel a little crowded for more than 3 adults if you are planning to hang out at the townhouse a lot. There was an outdoor water leak that partially affected the entry walkway and required the water to be shut off a few times during our stay. Myrtle was very communicative about the work being done as she received updates from the property manager. Would stay again. Thank you!

Too small, old and not equipped with basics

The flat you - can’t even say house - is much smaller than it appears on the pictures, if you arrive as a party of four you do not even have space enough to store the suitcases. bathrooms are so small that more than one person will never fit into it at the same time. Furniture is really old, and needs to be renewed. No basic equipment for garbage or cleaning in the kitchen or the bathroom. Overall very disappointing. The iron was not usable at all as it was totally burnd. Owner offered to replace in the next days but if you reed the older reviews it has already been unusable six months ago. Overall disappointing

Nice place

It was smaller than we thought, would be tough with more than just the two of us or little ones. Beds were great and teenage son and I had our space we needed. It was perfect for what we needed- clean, close to the convention center, minimal traffic (could avoid I-4 everyday), easy to get to store and restaurants. Myrtle was quick to respond to any questions I had.

Very nice place

100x better than staying at a hotel. Easily accessible vs. driving all around looking for some out of the way place. Residence was clean and very quiet. Would stay there again.

Great location

Great location. We choose this spot because we had an event at the convention center. Overall stay was awesome, no issues with the condo other the the Wi-Fi being wrong on VRBO information. The couch downstairs needs replacing. Went to use the iron and couldn't because someone had burnt the bottom. I've stayed at other VRBO properties and they are fully stocked with cleaning supplies. Not that I wanted to clean, but what of I wanted to wipe down counter or dinner table nothing to clean with. We had to buy toilet paper the one supplied was very low quality. We also bought plastic bags for our trash. Overall rating on property 3, rating on location 5.
