Spacious multi-family town home with GAME ROOM, GREAT VIEWS & PRIVATE HOT TUB

This spacious townhome has it all! 4 bedroom/4.5 bath, private hot tub, game room, big windows and amazing views!!! After a long day on the slopes/trails, take a well deserved soak in your private hot tub.

You will enjoy cooking while taking in the mesmerizing views in the open gourmet kitchen complete with breakfast bar, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. A Thanksgiving dinner-worthy dining table awaits you in the open concept kitchen/family/dining room complete with fireplace and views! Fire up the BBQ and bask in the sun while taking in the serene mountain views from the private deck. Washer/dryer, powder room, and garage access are all located on this floor.

Venture upstairs to find two primary bedrooms each with king beds, large closets, and en-suite bathrooms. One of the primary rooms has stairs leading to an upstairs living area/loft with twin over twin bunk, TV and powder room.

The basement is where the fun is. You’ll find a large flatscreen TV with large sectional couch and new sofa sleeper. Kids and grown-ups alike are sure to love the AIR HOCKEY and SHUFFLEBOARD table! On the far end is a bedroom with twin over full bunkbed and access to the private hot tub, en-suite bathroom that will also have access to game room.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

Step out your front door and enjoy access to miles of world class mountain biking, hiking, and snowshoeing through Red Gate and the Winter Park trail system! Enjoy frequent wildlife sightings of deer, moose, elk, hummingbirds, and fox.

We strongly encourage guests traveling to Grand County to keep up with the latest updates regarding fire restrictions in our area. We do not allow any open fire on property. Use of propane BBQ is allowed

Great Multifamily Unit

Really enjoyed the very spacious and well laid out unit when vacationing for a long weekend. The space accommodated two families with young children really well, with plenty of hang out space for all. The game room was a hit, as well as the hot tub. Appreciated having use of the garage as well. Would recommend!

Frasier town home

Great stay. Our family really enjoyed our time here. Had everything we needed. Location is beautiful- close to everything but feel like you are away from the town and get the mountain feel. We would stay here again.

Stills in the Hills Weekend

The townhome is so incredibly cozy!! The kitchen is equipped with everything, the rooms all have their own bathrooms!! Views to die for, walking distance to so much and quiet neighbors. Absolutely wonderful weekend with friends and family- we all hated to leave! Charlotte was so incredibly kind and available for anything we needed. The homeowners and property management has made sure this property is equipped with anything you need- and more! So blessed and grateful for our time in Fraser/Winter Park- we all plan to be back again soon!

Fantastic property!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is very clean, nicely updated, and comfortably slept 5 adults and 5 children. Having 2 master bedrooms was great for our large group. The home was very well stocked with extra linens, pillows, blankets and the kitchen had everything that we needed to cook multiple large meals. The property manager was absolutely fantastic. She quickly addressed every need and was willing to go out of the way to make our stay great. Please do note that this home is at the top of a large hill. We arrived during a snow storm and our two wheel drive vehicle couldn't get to the property. We had to put tire chains on to get to the top. After 2 days of no snow our two wheel drive SUV was able to make it to the top without problems. Great place, we would love to stay again in the future.

Great stay

Fun environment great location and view Hot tub… Air hockey and shuffle board was a lot of fun Great stay. Incredible snow and weather - very beautiful Thank you! A lil detail… but thought you would want to know: The downstairs mattress had impressions - difficulty receiving good sleep. Was also missing dish towels, and broken shower head in upstairs 2nd masters and - would be helpful to have sharper knives

Absolutely delightful mountain house!

The home was so beautiful, comfortable and well equipped ! :) From games, to labels on the light switches, to extra towels and blankets, ziploc bags etc. many of the conveniences and things that are often needed in a home, but that you don't think to buy at a grocery store when traveling, were present and appreciated. It was a place for such quality time for 3 families together. The only room for improvement we found were the pans. As is often the case in rental homes, we wanted to cook, but were hesitant, as the non-stick pans have scratches that we would consider unsafe. overall, a wonderful place!! :)

Excellent mountain retreat

We had a group of friends on a ski trip staying here. Plenty of room for everyone and all our stuff. Very convenient location from both the town of Winter Park and the resort. Really enjoyed the hot tub, gameroom, and the shuffleboard table. Can't think of anything that was missing.

Wonderful summer mountain get-away!

We had a great summer get-away to the mountains. This property is in a great location for all the activities, restaurants, etc. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We saw wildlife from the deck and completely enjoyed our time here!! We had a few small maintenance items come up and the property manager responded immediately. Thank you for the wonderful accommodations!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Outstanding Condo Rental

This condo was clean and well decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with everything anyone could want to prepare meals and appliances worked well. Thank you for providing paper goods and refrigerator containers for food. Our grandchildren children especially liked the hot tub, air hockey and shuffleboard and I liked that they played together and had fun. I'd stay here again!

Family ski vacation

Outstanding property-spacious and well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and huge dinning table made our stay very enjoyable. Only issue involved the county clearing the snow on the road all the way to the property. We were very glad that our vehicle was 4-wheel drive with good tires.... Would stay there again.
