The unit itself was as described. however, our stay wasn’t 5 stars because of the customer service. The day before our stay they changed our room from 401 to 501 due to a water leak and it had the same floor plan. Charlie was quick at responding & answered all of my questions with this matter. During our stay we had problems with security- first not allowing the kids to slide on the slide with their puddle jumpers on so we had to buy different floaties, then security made us get out of the pool to get wrist bands (we checked in late and got in the pool before the front desk opened), then told us one of our umbrellas were too big and had to be taken down (we made sure to not bring tents because of prior stays in the area). Then they left a paper on our door about our small blow up pool being a fire hazard in the wide open space in the hall yet their house keeping cart (way larger than the pool) stayed right in front of our door for 3 days straight in our way for getting beach stuff in and out of the condo (how’s that not a fire hazard?). Our washer and dryer weren’t working in the unit and they sent maintenance to work on it yet they needed parts to fix it so we were told to “make do with it and ask for more towels/wash cloths” however we never received any even with texting our rep Charlie who otherwise had good communication. We paid a lot of money and expected more understanding during the stay. Security is too over the top and not having clean towels wasn’t great either!
