Amazing development with ocean front views! Beautifully furnished & maintained!

You can enjoy this beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath condo in Phoenix Orange Beach which opened in April, 2019. This corner unit has almost 2000 square feet with floor to ceiling windows and a huge balcony overlooking the Gulf, which is also accessible directly from the master bedroom.

The unit has been professionally decorated and furnished with top-end linens and bathroom towels. The open-concept kitchen has been stocked with everything needed should you have serious cooks in your family. Counter seating, a large dining room table, and an outdoor table provide plenty of dining options for your group. In the unfortunate case of a rainy day, you can make use of the 65 inch TV in the living room area, Blue-Ray player, a variety of board games and puzzles. The unit also features washer, dryer, cable TV and free wifi. The condo is located on the fourth floor and parking is on the same level. Your group can enjoy their time away with the many amenities on the property, including easy beach access, lazy river with water slide, indoor/outdoor pools, kiddie pool, lighted tennis court, hot tubs, fitness room and barbeque grills. You will enjoy your stay at the newest condo building on the beach!

Parking passes and resort wristbands are purchased at check-in and are $65 for an unlimited stay, per car. You can purchase 3 passes during the summer. If spaces are available, additional passes can be purchased. The passes are sold through the building management, not by the owner.

Should you need more room to accommodate a larger family, you can inquire about our 3-bedroom unit next door.

**Reservations between 6/1 and 8/3 require a 7-day minimum stay. Saturday to Saturday.

Family Getaway

The condo was absolutely perfect… so many options and fun things for the kids to do!! More than enough space and comfort for all 12 of us. Best location we have ever stayed at in the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area.

Perfect vacation!

The property was beautiful and clean. Very comfortable and the view of the ocean and pool was beautiful. The pool was amazing and my little kids (4 & 6) spent most of their time there. We will definitely book this condo again!!

The location and convenience to restaurants was wonderful. The unit was located on the same level as the parking garage which saved time and made us feel safer with toddlers. The unit was also large enough that our group of 8 adults and 4 small children had adequate space without feeling overcrowded. Charlie, the property manager was also great to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had. Our family all agrees that this is by far the best place we have stayed in the last 20 years going on beach vacations!

Great family time

The accommodations were perfect for our family. Condo is in a convenient location, close to grocery story, seafood, pharmacy etc. The property owner was very responsive to all my questions

Great extended family place

Three families (2 elderly grandparents, 4 adults, five kids 6-13). Plenty of room, beautiful unit, and great facilities on the grounds. VERY conveniently located to store and groceries. Beach was easy to get to and beautiful as always. The staff at the place was very friendly and helpful.

Perfect week

The condo was absolutely beautiful and one of the most well stocked condos we have stayed in. Access to the beach and parking was a breeze. Overall a wonderful week for our group. We will definitely be renting again!

Perfect condo for family

There were five adults and three children in our group. This beautiful four bedroom and three bath condo was spacious, clean, comfortable and conveniently located in the heart of Orange Beach. The fourth floor made for a beautiful view!

Great Property!

Plenty of room for our group of 8. Nearby grocery stores and restaurants. Nice amenities at the condo. View of beach is fantastic! Just wish there was more than starter of all paper products. Had to purchase more. Would recommend.

Fantastic condo!

My family and I stayed here over spring break. There were 9 of us including two young children. The condo was spacious enough for all of us and gave us plenty of room to have our own “space”. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies. The decor is tasteful and the view of the beach is amazing!! The owner made sure to check in with us and was available for anything we needed. We would definitely return here and would highly recommend.

crowded

Property was as advertised. Layout was great and the kitchen was well stocked with knives, plates bowls and glasses. However, and this was not the fault of the owner, the venue was very crowded. If you enjoy and want this then this would be a great place to rent. The owner is gracious and helpful.

I am happy you liked the condo. Our family loves to cook so we definitely wanted a well-stocked kitchen. June through mid-August tends to be the busiest time of the year for vacationers. This year seems to be busier, though, as with COVID-19 people are flocking to the beach instead of taking other types of vacations. I assume next summer will return to normal. Our family's favorite time to go is September through November. Thanks for staying at our condo! Christine

Beautiful Condo

The condo was amazing - incredible views, so close to tons of restaurants and grocery. The condo had tons of room and the balcony was awesome! The staff at the building was super nice and helpful. The beach was incredible and my kids loved the pools. We had the best time, everyone enjoyed themselves from 12-86! I have to also point out the communication with the owner was incredible. Answered timely, was so nice and gave great recommendations. All in all it was one of our BEST beach vacations!

The unit itself was as described. however, our stay wasn’t 5 stars because of the customer service. The day before our stay they changed our room from 401 to 501 due to a water leak and it had the same floor plan. Charlie was quick at responding & answered all of my questions with this matter. During our stay we had problems with security- first not allowing the kids to slide on the slide with their puddle jumpers on so we had to buy different floaties, then security made us get out of the pool to get wrist bands (we checked in late and got in the pool before the front desk opened), then told us one of our umbrellas were too big and had to be taken down (we made sure to not bring tents because of prior stays in the area). Then they left a paper on our door about our small blow up pool being a fire hazard in the wide open space in the hall yet their house keeping cart (way larger than the pool) stayed right in front of our door for 3 days straight in our way for getting beach stuff in and out of the condo (how’s that not a fire hazard?). Our washer and dryer weren’t working in the unit and they sent maintenance to work on it yet they needed parts to fix it so we were told to “make do with it and ask for more towels/wash cloths” however we never received any even with texting our rep Charlie who otherwise had good communication. We paid a lot of money and expected more understanding during the stay. Security is too over the top and not having clean towels wasn’t great either!
I need more space for a true review. But we’ve stayed in multiple Phoenix condos before and this lowered the bar compared to previous stays.

Super clean. Extremely well stocked for renters including all kinds of family games for nights and rainy days. For those with little peeps, there is an entire shelf dedicated to utensils, bowls, plates and sippy cups for babies and kids. Super clean. Very spacious. Truly enjoyed our stay with 6 adults.

Phoenix Orange beach is an amazing condo with wonderful pools and the parking and check in was so convenient!! Our room was well stocked and clean and so nice. The host was amazing with messaging and so helpful !! We would definitely recommend and stay here again !!

Beautiful condo

The condo itself is beautiful, clean, well stocked and communication with the owner was great…zero complaints there! I will say the pool policy is insane. The sun would be fully shining and bc there were thunderstorms inland the pool would be closed half the day.

Unfortunately the building has a policy to close the pool when lightening is in the area. When you notified me of the concern, I looked at the radar and there was a significant amount of thunder storms and lightening in the area. The policy is for the safety of the guests. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Great family vacation for our kids and grands!

We loved the layout and location of your condo. We all had plenty of space. Beds slept good. Kitchen was well equipped too. It was great! We plan to return!

Great family vacation!

We enjoyed our stay. The whole family had a great time! The condo was nice with plenty of room. The grandchildren loved the Lazy River pool and the easy beach access. We would definitely stay there again.
