Beautiful condo. Great beds. I was disappointed in the pool size and location. Parking lots gets congested but overall a great stay! Loved the area convenient to stores and restaurants!

Don't leave shoes on the boardwalk, we made that mistake and had 2 pairs of shoes stolen. The property manager should have a gate installed at the entrance to the boardwalk because non-guests can just walk through. Parking was ok but property management should provide a map of your parking location upon booking. Overall, the condo was in great condition, beds, appliances, flooring, and furniture were in good condition. The views were great and it was quiet. It was very nicely decorated and the big bathrooms were great. It would have been even better to have a larger quantity of towels in each bathroom.

The smell was horrible when we got there and walked it. I spent 40 on candies and air freshener it helped mostly and we left the balcony door open to get fresh air inside. It lingered but was manageable when once we put a plug in and list candies and sprayed febreeze

Friends trip

We had 3 widows & another friend getaway. It was a beautiful place & we were able to relax & enjoy the beautiful condo. It was the best & much needed trip for us

The unit is very nice with a beautiful view of the beach and Gulf. The dining room table is a bit difficult to use because there’s a little too much furniture in the room. Overall, the condo is very nice.

Beautiful Getaway

This condo was absolutely beautiful! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the beds were so comfortable (which is hard to find)! The beach view is amazing and the location is close to the wharf and marina restaurants. The property manager is excellent! They were easy to reach and quickly provided us with the help we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

summer stay at the beach

well decorated unit, but people should be aware that this 4/3 is small in kitchen/den area and balcony which could be an issue is there are more than 4 people in your party. Also, be aware there is only one elevator for the entire complex, no lobby, no workout room, swimming pool not on beach side surrounded by parking lot. Even though beds were nice, tvs good, there are no handicap accommodations for any seniors who may be in the party. Great view of the pass.

Nice Place

The condo was nice but too much furniture made the place too crowded. We had some minor issues with a bed being broken, but the property manager fixed it quickly and efficiently. The amenities were sub par. The gym was awful and the pool was, as well. The beach access was a very large step down into the sand and my elderly parent was unable to go to the beach as she could not step down from the access deck.

Birthday Getaway

Amenities listed in email did not exist. Sent email and never got any correct information. Small pool shared with apartment type condos at the front of the property. Pool already to small for Tower not to add others. Parking is horrendous!!! Contacted maintenance regarding leak from bathroom light fixture and it was never fixed!

Overall great location and great stay. Our family enjoyed our time there.Pros: - Location (right on the beach...easy access)- 2 parking spots- Very comfortable beds and kings in every room- Washer and Dryer in unit- beautiful views. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony- very nice decor and furnishings- guests welcome which was nice since we had other family in town and could see them- responsive host when we messaged.Cons:- Overstuffed with furniture. Too much for the space and hard to move around and get to the table.- Host very stingy with supplies. Get it that they disclose they provide only the basics. For a WEEK LONG STAY, that includes 1 roll of single ply toilet paper per toilet. 1 roll of paper towels. NO dish soap. NO Sponge, 1 packet of dishwasher detergent. But a full expectation that everything is cleaned.- Pans were all small, especially for a house that touts sleeping 8! We did message the host and they sent over a new small and medium pan but that fits about 3 pieces of chicken.- No pantry/food storage in kitchen. meant the counters were very cluttered during the stay- Needs a maintenance clean - filter in DW had glass in it and standing water. Dryer had so much lint under the lint trap it would dry. Not everyday cleaning items, but they are obviously not doing regular maint on these. - Host requires you to agree to offline rental terms much more restrictive (limits recourse) but that isn't disclosed until after reservation is confirmed

The property description was spot on. Great views, plenty of room, and easy check in. Two of the bedroom rugs could definitely use a good cleaning but otherwise the condo was clean. Parking is a nightmare. If you happen to need a third parking spot like our group did, it costs 100 and is 12 minutes away which is very inconvenient. We would stay here again.

Beautifully decorated, super comfy king beds and pillows which are really nice. The only negative was the barstool space and the dining room table. You couldn’t use them both at the same time and in fact you couldn’t use the barstools. They were too close to the table, but other than that it was awesome.
