Easy living single-level custom home built with elegant appointments throughout, tastefully decorated and nestled on a terraced lot which takes advantage of the wonderful views of the ocean and Kona coastline. You'll love the vaulted ceilings of this superbly constructed and immaculately maintained 3 bedroom / 3.5 bathroom Island home.

The large covered lanai, with in- ground pool and deck area is a perfect place for relaxing, swimming and barbquing whilst enjoying the spectacular Kona shoreline and sunsets.

All 3 bedrooms are en-suite! The home offers one king and two queens.
There is a half bathroom - powder room in the hall to the left of the entrance into the house.

This is a private, gated community and only the guests that are listed as staying at the property, with identification, will be allowed to enter the premises.

Kailua-Kona paradise

A wonderful home made for a fantastic vacation: great location, property in great condition, well-equipped kitchen, lovely swimming pool. Everything we had hoped for during the final vacation with our daughter before she heads to college this fall.

Spring break family trip

We had a wonderful stay. House and the views were gorgeous. Kitchen was extremely well stocked. Even better was the garage with boogie boards, chairs, snorkeling equipment, which were all in great shape. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful with endless ocean views. Master bath and bedroom were stunning. Short drive to a number of beautiful beaches. Would recommend Kua Bay beach and bring the boogie boards and snorkeling equipment for an amazing day riding the waves and swimming with tropical fish and turtles. Go early though as the parking gets filled up. Really quite convenient to and from KOA airport as well.

Beautiful Sunsets

We stayed for 21 days and the house and location were great for an in depth visit to the big island of Hawaii. The sunsets were awesome! We enjoyed our stay very much. Thanks!

Beautiful home

We throughly enjoyed our stay in this luxury home. It was spacious and the pool was beautiful. The home is in a great location with easy access to grocery shopping and good restaurants. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking.

Amazing!

We had zero complaints with this beautiful home. The kitchen had everything you could ever need, high end appliances, and enough dishes to last a week! The bedrooms were beautifully decorated with high quality furniture. The only complaint we could find was the lack of space in the 3rd bedroom as it has a vessel sink. You won’t be disappointed if you book his beautiful home! We will be back next time!

Better than the pictures

We stayed at this beautiful property last week. It is even better than the picture show. Very large for three couples. The weather wasn’t great so the pool got minimal use but would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. Totally separate from the home, the neighbor across the street Complained about our lights on outside the house. We were very careful always to have lights out by 10 o’clock and as we’re all in our 60s the noise was minima while playing cards. Mention this only for future renters to be prepared the community bylaws say lights out at 10:00 and not him be an issue.

Kona trip

Beautiful home and wonderful of sunsets and the ocean. Central to getting around the island; excellent locations. The home was extremely clean and well kept; the only issue was that of gnats caring both sinks in master bedroom. Seems that they breed in the drain. Took several days to get under control but the property manager was extremely responsive and helpful with that issue. We also noted little things…faulty blinds in second bedroom, broken coffee machine…..but the property managers were again very responsive. Overall, great place….beautifully landscaped and well kept. Thank you!! We’d certainly stay again. Rob

Lovely home with amazing views!

Loved the home and the views! Would have given 5 stars except the dishwasher was not working for 7 1/2 days of our 8 day trip. While this may not bother most famililes, we are a family of 6 who prefers to enjoy home cooked meals while on vacation. I love to cook, but work full-time. For vacations I choose house rentals based on views and kitchens. Unfortunately, spent more time than I would have liked hand washing dishes. Repairman came in afternoon of last day to repair dishwasher. Dishwasher may be fixed at this point, but we did not get a chance to use it. Family otherwise enjoyed the home.

Fantastic for couples

We had the most beautiful accommodations placed in the most beautiful setting. The soundtrack is melodic birds and the 180 degree ocean view completed the picture. It was just what us 2 retired couples were looking for.

Best house for family's in Hawaii

My family and I stayed 7 day in this beautiful home. We had a wonderful time on the island, this was mainly due to the house we came back to every day. It was roomy and very well equipped. The home is great for all ages, we had my wife's older parents with us and young and older children. Everyone had there own space and there own bathrooms. The only thing I can recommend is to label the keys to the home better. it was a little challenging to figure out what keys when to what door, when we first got in but we figured it out with in about 15min. Other than this minor issue everything went very smooth. The view from the decks and master bead room was breath taking during the day and night. Communications with the property manager was good and they answered questions very promptly. Over all 10 out of 10. If you decide to rent this home you will not be disappointed. P.S. Don't forget to write something in the stay book.

Amazing Ocean Sunsets!

From the moment you drive up you know you are in paradise. The picture perfect neighborhood is quite and well landscaped. The home is exactly as described and pictured. It’s the best well stocked property we have ever stayed in. Absolutely spotless and well maintained. We were stunned by the incredible ocean view and sunsets. We were living the dream sitting by the pool as we watched the sunset over the ocean. It was an amazing home to spend time hanging out and a perfect location for exploring the Big Island. The property met and exceeded our expectations! We are ready to come back.

Beautiful Sunsets

Overall, the home and neighborhood were fantastic! Very quiet very serene with beautiful views all the way around. Only complaint is that the master bed is extremely hard and uncomfortable.

Very Nice Home

This home was as described, more than fully stocked with everything you needed - including stuff for the beach which was fantastic! It was very nice to have 3 rooms w/ their own baths for us and our 2 teenage children. Location and view was fantastic, a very nice neighborhood close to amenities. It was nice to have our own pool, but I would recommend some updating and it did look aged. Overall, I would recommend and it was helped make our vacation fabulous!

Beautiful property

My family and I enjoyed our week stay in this beautiful rental property. The home was warm and inviting. We enjoyed all the amenities especially the private pool, well stocked kitchen, and beach chairs/umbrellas. We especially love the property location which has excellent views of the sunset. I recommend changing the master bed since the mattress was firm/hard which is not comfortable for side sleepers like me. Also, the master bedroom vertical blind was warped so it doesn’t block out all the light outside. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

wonderful stay in Keauhou

We had an amazing time on the big island! House is in a great location in a very nice, quiet, private neighborhood. Small shopping area with grocery store less than 5 minutes away. Loved having our own private pool and enjoyed all the outdoor living space. The home is totally stocked with everything we needed, including lots of beach gear. Spectacular sunset views every night will not disappoint!!
