We had the best time at Kona Blue. The house was gorgeous and had every amenity you could need. We used the pool and spa every day. The grounds were beautiful and everything was tastefully decorated. We walked to the outdoor market. It is there Wednesday and Friday down by the Outrigger. The pizza there was very good. You do need a car as you have to drive to get anywhere. Highly recommend Hapuna Beach. We were very sad to leave.

10/10 would stay again.

We walked in and were impressed with the decor and cleanliness of the house. All of the furnishes were beautiful and we loved the pool and large lanai. We had wonderfully chill mornings swimming in the pool and relaxing on the Lanai. The hot tub was so relaxing and nice after a full day of activities.

Excellent stay accommodations were perfect. Just like the photos. The appliances state of the art! I love this home. Every detail is carefully thought out. Enjoyed watching the wild goats cross the golf course. The resident gecko was hanging out. Grandkids had a blast stepping out onto the covered patio area to swim in the pool! I enjoyed the spa after long days of exploring Kona and Hapuna beach and other beautiful places. If more air was needed we just flipped on the overhead outside fan. AC was greatly appreciated! Everything was clean and immaculate. Will be back! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home a wonderful 8 days of heavenly memories.
Loved the shrubs that separated the golf course from the house and pool gave us lots of privacy. Not many golfers when we were there, but many happy beautiful goats that would pass by but never stay for long. Very quite and enjoyable.
Loved the view from the pool and hot tub. Even better at night when the stars are shining. Neighborhood community is fantastic.

Loved this airy and beautiful home!

We really enjoyed our stay in this immaculately clean and comfortable home! The wall of sliding doors opened up onto the lanai and pool area with a lovely view of the mountains (and goats on the golf course!). There were lots of handy items in the garage like chairs, coolers and water gear for our days out, and they had several guidebooks for the island. Communication with the property manager was easy and timely. When we forgot an item while packing up, they found it and forwarded to us promptly--much appreciated! All in all, a wonderful stay at a lovely home. Thank you!

Cool getaway spot on the Big Island

We had a very nice and comfortable stay here. The house itself was clean and ready for us and had all the amenities we could've wanted. It's also extremely close to the location of some recreational boating/snorkeling tours, which we took advantage of. However there were some issues with the pool. The auto-vacuum had been pulled out prior to our arrival and there was what looked like plastic debris in both the pool and hot tub. I was able to contact the property manager, who had the pool folks out the next day. They were able to clean up maybe 75% of the debris aside from what I was able to do myself by reinserting the auto-vacuum and directing it towards problem spots. This is a great property and I'd probably stay here again, however for the cost of the stay I would expect the pool to be clean and ready on check-in.

The best of the best

Aloha! We had such a magical time at your vacation rental property! Thank you so much. Everything worked well. We loved the hot tub and the pool. And the view out to the water was so expansive looking over the golf course that we felt very private. It was quiet. We so appreciated all the equipment in the garage. And we loved walking down to the hotel and bay for lunch and viewing the waves crashing on the shore. The shopping center was so close by and the surfing and snorkeling beaches were so convenient. The location is perfect for traveling all over the island. We went north to turtle beach and then over the island to the tropical side. The drives were easy and well marked. We even went down to green beach so easily. We loved all the channels on the TV and the wifi worked well. Sitting outside and watching the stars was such a treat because of the dark skies. And watching the sunrise was heavenly. Thank you again for such a lovely home! Mahalo! Diane, Sanders, and Clio

Wonderful property on the Big Island

Great rental house in a gated community just south of Kona. Beautiful new house with a well-appointed kitchen. We loved the lanai, pool, and hot tub. Also it was great to be able to use some of the things in the garage (folding chairs, beach umbrellas, snorkels) at the nearby beaches!

Amazing New House

Dear Elite Pacific Vacations I need to write a short note about this amazing house I rented recently. I brought back awesome memories of my vacation, the design features included the beautiful pool overlooking to a golf course, with a surprise ocean view peered out the turquoise blue Pacific, while I was unpacking I saw in the garage bikes, kayaks, surfboards , also this house is surprisingly at walking🚶‍♀️or bike 🏍 distance to Keauhou Bay , where you can snorkel with mantas gliding around you, swim 🏊‍♀️ out into the 🌊 waves , nice breeze coming through the house , close to shopping center and restaurants, tiny cafes with delicious foods , this house has a fully stocked kitchen will satisfy any person or a chef 👩‍🍳 that likes to cook, made this house perfect for a family with children, or single like me .... Thanks, Carmen Letamendi
