French doors in the master open to the wonderful porch and hammock. There is plenty of space for families and kids to spread out in the upstairs second den/playroom, equipped with TV and a full size piano. Six additional bedrooms will surely accommodate you and your friends. A second bedroom with en-suite bath is located downstairs. Upstairs are 5 BR, 2 full baths, accessible to all, and 2 half baths located inside each king BR for privacy. After a day on the water, the convenient half bath and two showers under the house make for convenient living. A kayak paddle up the creek or a 5 minute drive will take you to the ocean for swimming and some of the best shelling around. The house has bikes and kayaks for rent. The house has both a gas and charcoal grill there for your pleasure and an oyster steamer as well. This house is located in a private neighborhood gated community. Wonderful for biking and nature walks with family and friends. Note: there is a limit of four vehicles. There will also be a fine assessed if you do not follow the garbage policy.
