Newly renovated! Heated pool opens in April for the season, stays open through Ocober!

All new kitchen, bathrooms, appliances, furniture, newly installed pool and outdoor kitchen.

Brand new 2 zone central AC system. Wifi with Google Mesh system.

5 Bedrooms, 4 and a half bathrooms (plus sleeper sofa in the den):
- Bedroom 1: Downstairs Master Suite, 1 Queen bed and an ensuite bath with a stand up shower and double vanity. Bedroom has a sliding glass door out to screened porch.

- Bedroom 2 (upstairs): Bunk Room with 2 twin over twin bunk beds and a twin trundle, sleeps 5.

- Bedroom 3: Upstairs Master Suite #1, 1 King bed and ensuite bathroom with stand up shower.

- Bedroom 4: Upstairs Master Suite #2, 1 King bed and ensuite bathroom with stand up shower and double vanity.

- Bedroom 5 (upstairs): Queen bed with sliding glass door out to deck overlooking pool and newly landscaped yard.

- Hall Bathroom (upstairs): Full sized soaker tub/shower combo.

2 Living Areas:
- Living room open to kitchen.
- Den with 75 inch television and queen sleeper sofa.

Dining Room:
- Extendable dining table seats 8-10.

Amazing wedding weekend house

I rented this house for my wedding weekend for my family and myself. The house was perfect! So clean and beautiful. The host was communicative and very accommodating to us. 12/10 would recommend!

Awesome week!!

We had a fantastic time with our family. The house is beautiful and in the best location. The kids hanging in the pool while dinner is being made after a full day on the beach is the most amazing plus. Daddy Os rooftop steps away for drinks is also unbeatable. Fabulous!!

Last minute luxury

Everything we could have needed to accommodate four parties, three generations. Best home rental ever. Felt comfortable with toddlers and bigger young kids.

We found this property in 2020, and knew it was a diamond in the rough - a large home with a great layout and a big yard on a quiet street just 6 houses from the beach. We spent all winter 2020-21 renovating it and adding a gorgeous heated saltwater pool, making it the home of our dreams (and we hope yours too!).
