Beautiful lot overlooks the 6th golf green. Meticulously cared for home, huge master BR, double sinks, walk-in shower & soaking tub, BBQ. Large Master walk-in closet. Clubhouse: pool, fitness ctr, spa, & full-service restaurant. Only bring your belongings.

Rent includes Utilities, cable, internet and use of Golf Cart. 55 plus Gated Community in Corte Bella offers Community Pool, Recreation center, Restaurant, Golf course, Tennis and Pickleball Courts, Bocce Ball Courts, Social Clubs, Day Spa, and Activities for every interest. Pool heating will incur an addition cost on a per day basis.

Corte Bella Amenities

An 12,000 square-foot fitness center and spa is the community hub for fitness activities and classes at Corte Bella in Sun City West, Arizona. It features state-of-the-art cardiovascular and weight training equipment as well as an aerobics and dance studio. The spa pampers residents with massages, treatments rooms, therapy tubs, saunas and a sun patio.

A 9,000 square-foot Social Hall provides magnificent views in all directions of the community and surrounding mountains. The hall is the epicenter for community social activity in Corte Bella. Here, residents mingle with friends, attend club meetings and gather for events. Outside Corte Bella's clubhouse, residents enjoy a magnificent resort-style outdoor pool with separate lap pool and spa. There are also tennis, pickleball and bocce ball courts.

At Corte Bella, the golf course is the community's main attraction. Corte Bella Golf Club's classic layout provides an escape from the ubiquitous carries and target greens found in traditional desert golf courses. Lush fiscus, Italian Cypress, Oleander and other exotic flora line the manicured Bermuda grass fairways.

The 7,011-yard championship 18-hole course rewards strategic players. After a round of golf, residents enjoy mingling with friends at the Anacapa Grill. A wide variety of reasonably priced menu items for lunch, dinner and weekend brunches are sure to create a memorable dining experience.

The Absolute Best!

Beautiful home that exceeded our expectations. Relaxing view of the golf course, gorgeous pool, hummingbirds, quail and rabbits. Well stocked, safe and comfortable. Edmund could teach a Course on how to be the perfect host. We loved our stay!

Five Stars all around

Great vacation property for relaxation and fun. Our family enjoyed this clean, inviting home as a home base to visit with family and explore Arizona. The neighborhood is great and full of amenities. The property is in a great location and has everything one could need. And our host Ed was very easy to communicate with and accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and hope to return!

Our favorite rental in 4 years

We were very please with our stay at this house. It was clean, comfortable, well stocked and full of amenities. The owner, Ed, was awesome. He was easy to contact (but really didn't need anything from him) and he would check on how things were going. I would highly recommend this place

Fabulous!

Edmund is a fantastic host. He stayed in touch throughout my stay to ensure everything was perfect. He was extremely punctual whenever I had a question. I'm excited to stay at this beautiful house again in the near future. The house is extremely clean, well appointed and very comfortable.

Amazing property

Wonderful property! I stayed a month and was very comfortable. The home was as shown. Was great to have access to the golf cart for running up to the spa and grill. Loved having a pool to take an evening dip. It was nice to see bunnies and quail families on the golf course. The host, Edmund, was very accommodating and had great communication. Highly recommend this amazing property!

We enjoyed a fantastic month at this property. The owner was quick to respond to any need we had. The home was equipted with everything we needed. The most amazing part was the view looking out onto the 6th fairway. We can't wait to come back to this beautiful home.

Wonderful place to call home

We came to the area to buy a home and needed a pleasant place to stay while looking. The private pool and spacious, elegant accommodations were wonderful: we even looked in Corte Bella for a possible duplicate! Although temps were over 110, the house stayed pleasantly cool and the pool was refreshing. Bless you, Ed.

Great Stay

The owner checked in regularly to make sure everything was okay. Extra supplies (paper products, water) were available. He informed us of upcoming events during our stay and encouraged us to use the bikes and golf cart. We would definitely book again with this property!!

A wonderful home

It’s easy to write this review. Everything was great. The owner was wonderful to work with, very attentive and quick to respond. The house is very well equipped, even included use of the golf cart. Loved the pool and golf course view.

It Doesn’t Get Any Better Than This!

This house is even better than the pictures! Amazing view, private pool. Everything down to the silverware is new or in mint condition. Caring and accommodating owner. Beautiful gated community. Clubhouse with great restaurant and amazing workout facility. You can’t go wrong here!!

My fiancé and I enjoy Arizona and wanted to purchase a home in a community that we would like to retire someday, so we set out to find that one of a kind home and setting, we did. We are no where near retirement and can not enjoy the home as much as we would like to, so we decided to share our home to offset the cost. We take great pride in the up-keep and appearance of our home and hope that our renters would do the same. We currently live in Vancouver, WA. I am a Professional land Surveyor, and my Fiancé is and Accountant.

We looked at all the 55 plus Communities in the area and we chose Corte Bella Community for the new modern architecture, along with all the activities and amenities on site. We have world class golf, social activities, parties, and a neighborhood of great people to share the fun. Corte Bella is a highly desirable community, we knew we wanted a home here on our first visit, it took 8 months to find our home here.

The Golf cart allows you to access the recreation center, restaurant and driving range with out jumping into your car. The drive is peaceful and relating, most all the residents use there cart as primary transportation within the community.
