This condo is spotlessly clean and is stocked with everything one could need or want. The screened-in patio is definitely a highlight. The little creek outside the screened-in patio is lovely, and being able to walk the paved path around the small lake is a bonus (just have to avoid a fair amount of goose poop). The owner is very attentive and responsive, and the area is very quiet. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which we often had all to ourselves. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within a short drive or walk. We enjoyed our stay at this condo very much.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean, fresh and bright. We both worked from the condo during the day. It's close to restaurants and shopping. We spent every evening on the screened patio listening to the frogs. We loved how quiet the community was.

We were in Phoenix for a grandsons baseball tournament, traveling to several of his games as well as some spring training games. This property was pretty centrally located for all the activities. There are many restaurants, coffee shops and a very good donut shop nearby. The unit has a nice patio over looking a stream and pond and is very relaxing sitting listening to the birds and the water flowing down the stream. The bed was very comfortable as well as the living room. The kitchen and laundry were spacious and clean.Definitely would stay here in the future. 5 star for sure
