Pack your fishing rods and come to our beautiful Islamorada retreat in the fishing capitol of the world. We offer you the complete top floor of a beautifully renovated triplex unit. Everything brand new! Professionally decorated in a lovely nautical style. Spacious kitchen with a huge island provides a great opportunity for the family to gather. Stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops and fully stocked kitchen are a chefs dream. The living and dinning areas provide ample spaces to sit and relax, enjoy TV, or sit and sip a drink at our one-of-a-kind custom made canoe bar. Comfortably sleeps 7. Offers a bathtub option in one bathroom and a shower in the master bath. The exterior is beautifully landscaped with mature palm trees and other tropical plants. Sit in your Adirondack chairs and watch the manatees and other marine life from our dock or walk to our nearby private (White Marlin) subdivision beach. Property has a 50+ foot dock space (boat dockage not permitted) with fish cleaning station and barbecue area. The property also provides ample parking for multiple cars as well as boat trailer. great location mile marker 74 near restaurants, shops and breweries of both Islamorada and Marathon keys. Surveillance cameras are placed throughout the property exterior for security purposes.

The accommodations were as described. The property was clean and well appointed. The location is convenient with restaurants, grocery stores and other comforts available within a short drive. Having access to small and very clean private beach was a bonus. The host provided clear instructions and responded quickly to questions. Highly recommend!

Everything was exactly as stated, no surprises. It was perfect. The unit was clean and in great shape. Great location, love the neighborhood! Access to the private beach was a real treat! Thank You Aymee, really enjoyed your home!

Great family vacation!

The property was just as described on VRBO. It was very clean and had everything needed for a week's stay. There was pleanty of room for our group of 6. Tami, the property mgr, was wonderful! We will definitely stay there again!

Great Stay

Great place for our family to enjoy the Keys. Property was great and exactly what we were hoping for. The private beach was a nice bonus to watch sunsets. We were able to bring our boat and keep it behind the house on the canal. Tami downstairs was great and very welcoming and made a Key Lime pie for our family while we were there. Overall great experience for our family.

Property not as described

When we arrived there was no toilet paper in the house! we ran into a person who lived in a unit below and she gave us some rolls. The king size bed frame collapsed when we got it in the first night. We had to put it back together- but not sure how long it will hold - the bed was very uncomfortable. Another bed with an oar headboard was also falling apart. In the guest bathroom sink there is no cold water - only hot came out. There is also a door shelf in the refrigerator that is cracked. We were a little disappointed that the dock was all torn up. There was actually a stop work order for the dock dated back to August. We would have run the dishwasher- but there was no dishwasher detergent. The other thing that we were very disappointed about was the lack of living room seating because we were a party of 5. The couch sat 3 and it was very old and uncomfortable. We felt that the description given was not delivered with this property.

Fantastic Location

The house was immaculate and so well decorated. The dock and private beach were so relaxing. Tami downstairs was lovely to chat with. The location was great, very close to Robbies, and a short drive to everything else in Islamorada. Hope we can stay again in the future!!

Great place to stay for a week

Had a great stay at this location. Owner was responsive to any questions I had. Property manager was very nice. Clean dock for our boat. Would definitely consider staying here again.

House was great!

As mentioned before, the house was clean & very well stocked. Tami was super friendly and also gave us a delicious Key Lime pie. We didn't have a boat, but very much enjoyed the nice tiki hut. Update to previous review by Alexa T.-- they do provide beach towels. Also, still just one key for the beach, but wasn't a problem for us. If we ever went back, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Amazing House!!

This house is way better than it shows in the ad. Very comfortable and has everything you need. The tiki lounge on the dock is great to sit under and hangout. Tami is the caretaker of the house and gets you settled in. She is so nice and even baked is a Key Lime Pie!! We will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend to others.

Awesome place

It has everything you need for having a boat there, nice dock, you don’t even need fenders and quick way out to channel Nice tiki hut, large, gas grill, cleaning table for fishing Inside, very nice, everything you need, from coffee filters to Tupperware containers for the boaters, gas station very close by with ice and others

Nice Trip

The property was very clean and well equipped. The kitchen has everything that you can possibly need. The decorations are very cute and modern. If you plan to bring your boat, definitely contact the owner, Aymee. It is a shared dock but Aymee was able to help with figuring out how to fit our boat on the dock, which was very convenient.

Perfect

We had a wonderful stay. The place was beautiful with a great location. Prepared a couple of dinners in the home and had everything we needed. The Private beach was well kept with easy access. It would be perfect for a small family the beach area has a shallow entry that goes out a long distance. When we return to the Keys in the future we will be staying here again.

Great location and incredibly clean!

This place is perfect for those who are looking to stay out of the chaos of Key West but close enough for a quick beautiful drive. Close to Strike Zone Charters (highly recommend) for diving/snorkeling, some really great restaurants, and fun sunset bars. Owner was quick to answer questions and property manager Tammy was great...she even baked us a key lime pie! Would definitely recommend staying here. We will certainly be back! Thanks again!

Very nice!

The house is as advertised, very clean with beautiful decor, new appliances, and very comfortable amenities like nice bath towels and sheets/beds (but bring your own beach towels). The owner Aymee was very nice and responsive to text messages, and the manager, Tami (who lives downstairs), was so sweet, friendly, and helpful. The neighborhood is very nice and the location is great and easy to get to. A couple things that could be important for renters to know: the dock is shared by renters in another separate unit of the house. It wasn’t a problem for us since none of us brought a boat, and maybe the dock is big enough for 2 smaller boats, but if you’re bringing a boat then you might want to check on that and make sure there won’t be an issue with space. Also there is a nice little private beach in the neighborhood (it’s down a different street, either a short drive or a very long walk) but you need a key to get in... the other renter had the key and luckily she was very nice and shared, but we did have to coordinate trading it back and forth which wasn’t exactly ideal and could be a problem for other renters who might not be as friendly. Tami mentioned that they were going to try to get another key so hopefully they can and this won’t be an issue in the future, but I just felt like it was worth mentioning since “neighborhood beach” is included in the description. Overall, a very nice place with nice owners, I would recommend to others and would stay there again :) thank you, Aymee and Tami!

Beautiful property in a great location

My wife and friends and I all loved our stay. The property is newly renovated and looks great - very spacious for 6. It's in a great location on a quite canal but within a 10 min drive of numerous restaurants, bars, breweries and resorts. All the expected kitchen accessories, and then some, were there. Overall, no complaints. We'll definitely stay here again.

Super cute house

The house was clean & well stocked with items I would expect. It was perfect for two couples, maybe even a third couple if you don’t mind sharing a bathroom. Loved the kitchen! The decor was really cute & the interior was nicely updated. The owner was very friendly & responsive to my emails. We enjoyed our stay & were very comfortable. My only complaint was the sofa was covered in short white animal hair, which I was able to clean off with the vacuum. It wasn’t visible until I sat on it wearing black leggings so it may have been a previous guest & easily overlooked during cleaning because it was hard to see.
