Thank you for considering Harbor Breeze Retreat, our peaceful slice of paradise on beautiful Harbor Island. This inviting second-floor condo features sweeping ocean views over untouched dunes and offers everything you need for a tranquil, comfortable stay.

The retreat includes one cozy king bedroom, a full bath, and an additional half bath. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa, perfect for extra guests. We provide all linens, bath towels, and beach towels, and the fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook meals with ease during your stay.

Enjoy modern conveniences like Wi-Fi, cable TV, and large flat-screen TVs in both the living room (56") and the bedroom. A free laundry room is just steps away down the hall, and outdoor grilling stations are available for your use.

The condo is located in a secure, gated community with 24/7 security and offers access to three swimming pools. The main pool, located at the nearby Beach and Racquet Club, is just a short walk away and includes access to a fitness center, playground, volleyball court, and bike rentals. Additional amenities include tennis courts, a basketball court, fishing docks, crabbing areas, and even a golf practice space.

Harbor Island is a sanctuary of peace and natural beauty, with 2.5 miles of private, white-sand beach and protected dunes—only accessible to residents and guests. If your ideal vacation involves lively nightlife and touristy shops, Harbor Island may not be your match—but if you're dreaming of a laid-back, uncrowded coastal retreat, you've just found your perfect destination.

We are located just 14 miles from historic downtown Beaufort, a charming Southern town full of boutiques, restaurants, and antebellum charm. Take a horse-drawn carriage tour, explore historic churches and movie filming sites, or enjoy the friendly walkable atmosphere under moss-covered live oaks.

You'll also find fantastic local dining nearby. Johnson Creek Tavern (1 mile away) offers indoor and outdoor seating with delicious seafood and sunset views, while the beloved Shrimp Shack (3 miles away, featured in Coastal Living) is a must-visit for lunch.

Before arriving on the island, be sure to stock up on groceries in Beaufort. You'll find Publix, Walmart, Harris Teeter, and Food Lion conveniently located on your way after crossing Lady's Island Bridge on Route 21—about 15 miles before reaching Harbor Island.

Just 2 miles south of the condo is the breathtaking Hunting Island State Park, home to South Carolina's only publicly accessible lighthouse. Climb 167 steps for a panoramic view, enjoy 5 miles of natural beach, explore scenic trails, and visit the nature center. A free park pass is included with your rental.

The Harbor Island pool is open from April 1 - November 1.

Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

Pets are subject to approval and a $150 non-refundable pet deposit per pet. Max of 2 pets allowed.

Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. Please contact our team after you book the property to purchase a pass. The current rates are; for a day pass $25.00; 2 nights $35.00; 3 nights $45.00; 4 nights $55.00; 5 nights $65.00; 6 nights $75.00; 7 nights $85.00; 8-30 nights $140.00; 31-364 nights $215.00
