The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, plantation shutters, ocean views, and a spa-like bathroom. The secondary bedroom, which can convert into a second master, features two full-sized beds, plenty of built-in storage, and a totally updated bathroom. From your private deck, you can enjoy watching for dolphins or appreciate the beauty of the deer and birds that are in abundance on Fripp.

North Hampton Villas has a private ocean-side pool, and low-tide beach access is a short five-minute walk. We're sure you will find the perfect beach location at any one of the over 30 beach access points on Fripp Island. The Ocean Point Golf Course is located directly across the street, along with the Ocean Point Grill, which serves both breakfast and lunch. A second golf course is a five-minute drive away. The use of the golf courses, tennis facilities, resort pools, and restaurants is available with an amenity card, which we will be more than glad to make available to you for the standard fee.
