Port A Explosion

This was a beautiful home that was shocked with everything you need in the kitchen to cook every meal. The only thing you will need to bring is laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, beach towels and extra keuring cups. Loved how close the pool is located to the house and the screeneed in porch!

Simply put…perfect!

This was our first experience with any type of rental property and wow, is the bar set high. Everything in this home was perfect! The open layout of the first floor (kitchen and living room) were so perfect for our family to be together. The bedrooms are all upstairs and for our 7 it was perfect. We couldn’t have loved the Bach Porch more! They seemed to have thought of everything. Communication with the property management company was excellent as well! Don’t think about it or you’ll miss it! This one is a gem!!!

Good but some issues present

The property was very clean, good beds, responsive property management and we were well informed about what to bring. The only problem was there was no live TV. All that was present was one TV with ROKU/FIRESTICK and this TV was in living room . The other 3 bedroom TV's I could not get on and there was no indication roku was available. If you require live TV be sure to find out prior to renting. Also, a minor problem the wifi sign in and password was incorrect on e-mail, app for management company and paper in the unit. The maintenance person was quick on spot and helped resolve issue. Over all, 4 stars,

Beautiful house, but upstairs tv’s DO NOT WORK

First off, this house is lovely. I would definitely stay here again. There are changes that should be made though. The upstairs tv’s don’t work. No cable, and Amazon fire sticks that don’t work at all. The ONLY thing you can do is use them for DVD’s. We didn’t know this, so we had no DVD’s. There were three DVD’s in a drawer, but weren’t great ones. If you have kids and want to put them in front of a tv for some chill time and to give the grown ups a break, unless you bring your own DVD’s, that’s difficult to do. I called the management company to have someone check it out and see if they could figure out how to get the fire sticks up and running, but no luck. A gentleman came out to check it out, but he had no luck either. He said he would get the the property management for a solution to our issue, but we heard nothing else after that. Also, expect regular walking on the second floor to be VERY loud to people on the first floor. If you have children in the house that are playing upstairs it sounds like a herd of elephants running around up there. The property management company also didn’t leave us anything in the kitchen to clean with. On the site it did mention to bring your own dishwasher detergent if you wanted to use the dishwasher, but there wasn’t ANY dish soap, sponges, or rags. We actually had to use a bathroom wash rag and hand soap to deal with cleaning up dishes the first night. I have NEVER stayed in a rental where there wasn’t a little dish soap and a sponge or kitchen rag provided. Like I said, this house is lovely, but the property manager needs to make sure the basics in dish cleaning are in the kitchen, and the owner needs to either fix the upstairs tv and Amazon fire stick situation, remove the tvs altogether, or state on the property description that guests need to bring DVD’s to make the upstairs tvs usable.

Great long weekend for the family

House was very clean! Loved the enclosed porch and how accessible the pool was to us. Kitchen had all the basics as far as appliances. The house could have used a few more blankets and pillows and paper goods. Luckily, I read some reviews telling me I needed to bring blankets, pillows, toilet paper, paper towels etc so we were prepared. The beds weren't very comfortable but overall we had a good time. We will be back!

Absolutely wonderful! The house and location was perfect! Plenty of space inside and gorgeous landscaping outside. Super close to the pool! We will definitely be back!
