Everything was really nice. Great communication from host. Great place to stay. The only complaint we had was our neighbors were very loud. I am sure they were in a rental also. There is no way someone lived there and made that much noise with out getting in trouble.

When we first walked in, the unit looked like the pictures. But once we started unpacking, we noticed how dirty the unit was. The sheets had dog hair, grass, fingerprint stains, and sweat stains despite signs around the unit explaining the supposed high quality cleaning process used on them. The bathroom with the bathtub smelled so sour, we all used the other bathroom until we removed the old towel hanging on the shower rod and the curtains, which had both soured and were dirty. When I asked about getting the place cleaned, some sheets were left on the front table in a trash bag. The outside trash cans were too full to be used, and the pool area trash can was never emptied, so there was a dirty swim diaper left on the ground, as well as lots of alcohol cans. If the trash isn’t emptied, I’m guessing the pool isn’t maintained often, either. The living room fan didn’t work and the dryer didn’t work well. Despite the listing showing 3 car parking, it’s not marked, so other people parked in front of our unit making it very difficult for us to park just 1 vehicle. The location is great, but we won’t stay in a Life in Paradise property again. Other properties we’ve stayed in are in the same neighborhood and are much cleaner.
