Charming 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath cottage located in a gated community on the large, open main body of water.

The main level of this immaculate home has an open floor plan complete with a stunning stone fireplace for easy entertaining. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked to any cooks delight. Large TV in living area with cable and a Roku box. Blue-tooth speaker for playing your favorite music.

Master bedroom with a king-sized bed is on the main level with access to the large screened-in porch. Master bath has a gorgeous soaking tub , antique marble-top vanity, walk-in closet and private water closet. Large TV in Master Bedroom with cable box and Roku access. French doors lead to large screened-in porch.

Small second bedroom on main level with full size bed and attached half bath.

Main level also includes a screened-in porch that runs the length of the home. A large back hall with access to outdoor shower. Large panty with extra refrigerator. Laundry room with plenty of storage.

Upstairs, Huge third bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds and 2 twin beds. This room sleeps 6. Attached jack and Jill bath with 2 sinks, 2 toilets and one large shower. Plenty of storage and linens.

Fourth bedroom has a king bed and an attached jack and Jill bath.

Huge yard for playing with a gentle slope to the lake. Only 2 steps to the lake. Outdoor shower for rinsing off . Lily Pad and other lake toys provided.

Neighborhood has a community boat launch and LARGE community playground. Nearby fly fishing and boat, jet-ski rental.

Duskin Point Marina ((205) 384-69420 directly across from home. Rent a boat from them and they will deliver to our home. You must order in advance.

Summer Trip

We had a quick trip before school started back and the house and property was everything we could have asked for the group. Property had all of the supplies we would ever need and more supply wise. When one issue arose communication was easy and quick. Will look to be back here next year.

Great stay at the lake!

The neighborhood was very nice and the property was beautiful. The home has many amenities for guests. The owner provided complete and clear instructions and we had no issues at checkin. The property was clean and fully stocked with all we needed. We made many great memories and will be back!

Family Vacation 2024

The porch was our favorite place to hang out when we were not boating. It had plenty of seating for all of us hang out and spend family time together. The kitchen has great appliances and plenty of room for multiple cooks. We will stay here again.

Beautiful Home

We throughly enjoyed our stay! Owners were quick to respond with any questions and with leaving fun things nearby for the kiddos. The Pond and playground are a must to check out for them. Our favorite area was the porch. Spacious and relaxing!

Perfect long weekend

Four other couples along with my wife and I stayed here for a long weekend getaway. It was perfect for us. Plenty of room and conveniently located. The place was well decorated and had more than everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely return.

Our family of kids and grandkids summer get away was great ! Loved the house and location. Great neighbor, Mr . Tommy !!! He visited with us cple of times. Clean house , great lay out and well stocked kitchen Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Visit

This is our second time staying in this beautiful home and we had a blast! The location is perfect, right across from the dock and we love that there is a grassy area for the kids to play!

Terrific lake trip

Great home with lots of space. We rented a boat from the marina directly across from the house. Could use some more dining space but overall a terrific home. Would recommend.

Great location!

This is our 4th summer at smith lake and this house for all our needs. This area of the lake was super convenient and close to interstate. The house was well equipped and and furnished nicely. The dock was great for our boat and location to marina was perfect for fueling. We will definitely consider staying here again

Great vacation getaway!

We were able to book this property last minute for my dad’s 70th birthday. W come to Smith Lake every year and this was one of our favorite rentals. Great location! We rented a boat from Duskin right across the channel and they delivered to the dock. House was amazing and the water was great. The house came stocked with all sorts of games and a ping pong table. Couldn’t have asked for more!!

Couldn't have asked for a better location!

We had a wonderful time visiting Smith Lake and staying in this home- this home was everything we hoped it would be and more! It was clean and had all of the amenities we needed, including 2 refrigerators! Our kids enjoyed swinging on the tree swing and playing in the lake- it was a great home to make memories in and we hope to stay here again!

Thanksgiving at the lake

We enjoyed our stay for Thanksgiving. The property and neighborhood was fantastic! Very clean and all amenities were upscale. The neighborhood was great for walking.

Great Fall Weekend

Great place for a family getaway on the lake. Very clean and comfortable accommodations. Will definitely plan to rent this property again. Enjoyed watching the sunset from the boat dock and eating dinners in the screened in porch. We rented a pontoon boat from Duskin Point Marina, which is directly across from the house and will deliver the boat. We also rented an tube to pull the kids from Pine Valley Outdoor Living. All of this was so easy from this location.

Great house on the lake!

We stayed for a week. There were 3 families. We had plenty of room. The lake is an easy walk. Dock was nice. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. Grills were plentiful and in working order. House was very clean. Screen porch was very nice. Would definitely book again.

Extended weekend at Smith Lake

The house was well designed and well decorated. It was in, what appeared to be, a newer development on the lake. Nice view of section of lake from the large sunroom. The only drawback was that it is a 30 minute drive to a local cafe' or closest marina. The nearest town is Cullman, approx 50 minute drive, if you need groceries and finer dining. If you are looking for solitude and a place to decompress, this is it. Just bring groceries and beverages on the way in. Cappy's Marina has excellent service and pontoon rentals.

Wonderful location and house...subdivision was superb..neighbors were great/helpful...

Owner was awesome...every detail was explained and even gave a list of local stores...which was extremely helpful..definitely will try to stay here again Neighborhood was excellent and kid friendly and neighbors were great/helpful!! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!
