This modern luxury double condo is located on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic, situated in Emotions Playa Dorada, the newest and most modern resort in the area, with the largest beachfront of Playa Dorada, Puerto Plata, and the most stunning golden sands beach, of the northern coast. The resort is 20 minutes away from Puerto Plata International Airport and surrounded by Playa Dorada Golf Course, designed by the famous Robert Trent Jones Sr.

The 1st floor has two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a King size bed, with sliding glass doors so that sunshine pours in, opening onto a turquoise pool surrounded by palm trees and golden sand. Push the glass doors open to fall asleep surrounded by the sound of waves and feel the ocean breeze day and night. The guest bedroom has two full size beds, plus a twin built-in bed. There is a sofa bed in the living room. The 2nd floor has also two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has two queen beds.

Both condos have full kitchens with built-in stove, oven, microwave, fridge, cookware, coffee maker, toaster.

In the ground-floor apartment, we have a 55" HD 4k Smart TV with Netflix, and High Speed Wi Fi Internet plus High Fidelity bluetooth speaker.

- Maximum capacity is 12 people, including children from 2 years of age and on. If more people were to sleep in the apartments, a fine will apply of USD$ 50 per extra person per night.

Very Important - Your stay includes an average usage of electricity and air conditioning which allows guests to use the air conditioners for approximately 12 hours a day. We recommend using them at bedtime (example 10pm to 10am) and using them conservatively during the day whenever possible. It's also important to leave the air conditioners turned off if you're not in the apartment and doors/windows should never be kept open while the air conditioning is on, as this could cause damage. It’s important to please follow these rules during your stay as exceeding the average electrical consumption and misuse of the equipment could generate additional charges.
