Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located on the Riverside makes for beautiful sunset walks. The guesthouse is located behind beautiful manicured 1910 home. Walking distance from Armature Works, Riverwalk, Downtown,5 min drive to Water Street downtown, Sparkman Wharf, Aquarium , cruise terminal ,Historic Ybor City, Amelia Arena. Less than 10 min from Raymond James stadium, Airport, Hyde Park Village, MidTown, International Mall. We’re in a FANTASTIC location! You can rent bikes, scooters etc…walking distance. Our bathrooms have Jolie showerheads giving you filtered water for your shower! We also have a 2 bedroom unit upstairs for guests that have a larger group.

This property is a solid choice for a clean and comfortable place to stay in Tampa. The check-in process was easy. Maria and Geo were very welcoming and available for anything needed. The location was perfect (walkable to Armature Works). We will stay here again when in the area.

Hi Janet thank you for your feedback. Glad you thought the space was great. Not sure what you mean by missing outdoor space? We have a courtyard with fountain, grill and fire pit (when weather permits). This is what is offered on my profile. Definitely a lot of outdoor space walking distance too.

I loved the neighborhood and the fact that the property overlooks the river. Everything was easily accessible from supermarkets, restaurants and gas stations (if renting a vehicle). The guest house is literally minutes from downtown Tampa and extremely close to the airport.

We loved staying here and we will definitely be back. We went to the wine and food festival and we needed something close by. This location was very convenient and we rode scooters to the wine festival each day. It was a super quiet and homie area and we will definitely be back!

Cute, clean, hosts very attentive to any needs or concerns. Could've used bowls, could not find any. Shower was great, bathroom kinda small but functional. Downtown Tampa not too far.

Thank you for bringing to my attention because there was 4 there so I had no idea that they were no longer. I do see one pink soup bowl on top shelf still there. I will purchase more today. Very accommodating host, responsive to messages. Looked as depicted, cute touches. Loved the layout, great for two people and separate room areas gave a roomier feel. Great neighborhood surrounding and close to riverwalk and other fun locations.

Cute little place to stay for a short trip! The host was very friendly and easy to get in touch with from beginning to end. The accommodations were basic, but exactly what we needed. It does have a little useful kitchen that included a stove, fridge/freezer, and microwave. There's also a table with chairs, and small living room area. The bedroom and bathroom are separate rooms. It's within easy driving distance of Raymond James Stadium, and plenty of other places.
