Fantastic condo on Granby Ranch Mountain

The resort has a lot of year round activities on the resort including skiing from the condo door at Granby Ranch, hiking, biking, golf, heated indoor/out pool, four hot tubs, tennis and racquetball courts, exercise room and restaurant, summer run ski lift for mountain biking, and much more fun seasonal activities.

The condo is a great location with the Granby Ranch Grill with happy hour just a short walk away. In summer, there is entertainment outside while you watch the bikers come down the Granby Ranch Ski Mountain trails. In the winter they have social activities including Marshmallows by the fire and night skiing. There also is a small pool and playground and a grill right outside the condo that is within sight of the porch that is open in the summer.

Granby is a cute little town with great restaurants, churches and City Market ( King Sooper). The Ranch is close to many other popular destinations. Some of these are: Winter Park (20 minutes), Grand Lakes (30 minutes), Rocky Mountain National Park (35 minutes), Hot Sulphur Springs (12 minutes, one of the best Natural Hot Springs). You just can t beat the opportunities for fun and adventure in this area. Golfers will love the local courses, Pole Creek, Grand Elk, Grand Lake and Granby Ranch course are all 5-30 mins. away.

The condo is open with a living room and kitchen looking over the beautiful mountains. The kitchen stocked with everything you will need. The table can seat 8 and has a high chair. We also have games, puzzles, cards and dominoes for your evening FUN. The condo sleeps 10. All 3 bedrooms have private baths. Main floor bedrooms have queen beds and the loft has a queen and a bunk bed. There is also a pack-n-play. It is just a great condo if you want to keep active or spend time with friends and just relax.

The condo does not have any elevator and there are quite a few stairs leading up to the property. It would not be suitable for those with disabilities or who are less physically able.
