Amazing 4 bedroom pool home in gated community, La Garita 20 min to SJO airport

Enjoy this beautiful & spacious home with 4 seating areas, 6 dining areas, bar, pool and so much more. Plenty of space to share with family, friends & business colleagues. Florida room with panoramic views to bring the outside in. Well maintained gardens create a relaxing setting. The kitchen is totally equipped. Wi-fi is available.

Located in a gated community with security guard in La Garita less than 7 miles from SJO airport & 2 minutes from INCAE Business School rated No. 1 in Latin America.

There is a BBQ and outdoor dining area. Also 4 chaise lounges.

All 4 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. A half bathroom is near the foyer. The pool has another bathroom for a total of 5.5 bathrooms.

The bedding is as follows: 1 king bed, 1 double, 2 twins, 1 twin for a total of 5 beds in 4 bedrooms (sleeps 7).

3 bedrooms have A/C. Bedrooms 2 & 3 have blackout curtains not shown in the pictures. The 4th bedroom was designed as a maid's quarter with a full bathroom but it could be used for the 7th guest. It doesn't have A/C but a fan and a window will keep it cool. The formal living/dining, Florida room and kitchen areas do not have A/C. But since the area is about 1000 yards above sea level, the temperature is very comfortable. The averages are between 75-85+ F during the day and 60-70F during the evenings. The breezes keep the house at a very nice temperature during the day.

You can stay in this amazing home when you arrive to CR and/or before your departure allowing you to visit the beautiful Poas volcano, coffee plantations, animal rescue and many more areas. Also when attending INCAE or business seminars in the city. Since it is a short ride to/from the SJO airport, its location is very convenient. - ZooAve Wildlife Conservation Park (accredited by Global Fed. of Animal Sanctuaries): 4 minutes

- Los Suenos Resort & Marina: 1 hour 25 minutes
- Manuel Antonio National Park: 2.5 hrs
- Tabacon Thermal Waters: 2.5-3 hrs

NO NEED to drive on the highway to go from the house to La Paz Waterfalls & Gardens, Poas Volcano, Doka Coffee tour, ZooAve, Chocolate tour.

As a travel agent, I will gladly assist you with car rentals, private transfers, tours, hotel or vacation rentals in Los Suenos Resort & Marina, Hacienda Pinilla and other destinations.

Arrival time is 4PM and departure 11:00 AM. The home could be available for an earlier arrival or later departure. Please let us know your ETA and we will do our best to accommodate you.

The rental fee includes reasonable electric usage. If A/C units in the bedrooms or office run more than usual, the extra kilowatts will be charged at the electric company rate. Just trying to avoid for A/C units to run without guests using it. But if normal consumption is used, no need to be concerned. The entire home is well ventilated.

The home has a surveillance system for added security. $300 refundable damage deposit to ensure home and furniture is returned in the same condition as received. Guests would pay the balance if damages exceed $300.

Final cleaning is $135.

Light cleanings could be scheduled at $35 per day. We will coordinate the pool maintenance visits for longer stays.

Home is also available for long-term rental or purchase. Booked reservations will be honored. I can also assist you are interested in purchasing a vacation home or full-time residence.
