This comfortable condo provides everything you could need for you and your family.
The natural light from the transom windows of the entry greet you as you first walk in. The hardwood floors and warm wood tones of the furnishings make you feel right at home. Cool blues, greens and grays meld well with the natural earthy tones throughout. The open concept kitchen, dining and living space allows you to stay connected with your guests during your getaway. The full kitchen will provide you all you'll need for dining - when not partaking in one of the many restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast bar and dining space allow for either a quick bite to eat or a full meal to be shared. The covered balcony overlooking the heart of WaterColor is the perfect spot for an early morning coffee while watching the sunrise.
On the second floor of the condo (the third floor of the building), the master bedroom with its king sized bed and ensuite bathroom is perfect for relaxing after a day exploring WaterColor and the beautiful beaches. The private balcony off the master bedroom is a wonderful spot to start and end your day. The second floor of the condo also hosts the guest bedroom with two queen sized beds. The ensuite bathroom with a shower provides your guests everything they'll need. This WaterColor central condo is ideal for those that want to be steps away from the beach, the pool and all the happenings in WaterColor. Experience your WaterColor holiday while not having to worry about loading up your vehicle to head to the beach.

2ND FLOOR OF CONDO (3RD FLOOR OF BUILDING)
- Master bedroom with king sized bed, private balcony, and ensuite master bathroom with double vanities, separate tub and shower
- Guest bedroom with 2 queen sized beds and an ensuite bathroom with a shower
ADDITIONAL
- NO events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges.
- Watercolor condos cannot rent golf carts.
- The HOA issues one parking pass per reservation. Guests are encouraged to park their vehicles in the driveway or garage of their rental home. They do not need a parking pass when their vehicle is parked on a private residential property.The HOA-issued parking pass is required to park a vehicle overnight on the common area parking pads.
BIKES: The quote you will receive includes 1 Beach Cruiser Bicycle per bedroom.
RESERVATION/BOOKING POLICY
- MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- CHECK-IN BEGINS at 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM.
- CLEANING: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL RATES
Additional Rental Rates include the following items: Amenity Passes, Bike Fee, PDP Fee, Cleaning Fee, Admin Fee, and CSA Trip Insurance.
