**This Condo Stay includes WaterColor BeachClub passes for 6 people and 6 passes to 4 other WaterColor pools in the community** This Condo also has Wireless Internet Service.

Unit 103 at 1785 E. County Hwy. 30A is a spacious condo along 30A in the WaterColor
Town Center (WaterColor Phase 1) and just 2 min walk from from WaterColor Inn & Beach Club Pool.

This inviting 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo is sure to impress with it's "bright/beachy" decor and great location = perfect vacation retreat. Also comes with great built in bonus bunk bed in stair case!

When entering this condo from 1st floor you will encounter the relaxing master bedroom with warm tones and a king size bed. It comes complete with a connecting master bathroom with a double vanity, jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. This will definitely give you that vacation retreat you were looking for! You will also find a guest bedroom that consists of 1 King Bed with a single twin bed over King Bed. This guest bedroom sleeps 3 comfortably. This room also has a connecting bathroom with a single vanity and a tub and shower combo. Also stacked washer/dryer in closet of downstairs hallway.

2nd floor you will be welcomed by the fantastic great room and its comfortable furnishings. You will also be able to enjoy meals from the home’s wonderful kitchen. There, you will experience great appliances, cabinetry, and the breakfast bar...This kitchen has all of the items needed to prepare that fabulous meal!

The relaxing living room flows nicely into well-appointed dining room and fabulous kitchen are all included in this open floor plan for everyone to enjoy after a fun-filled day at the beach. What a perfect end to a perfect day!

Beautiful condo and fantastic location. Condo was just as described and the pictures illustrated. Location was just across the street from the Watercolor Beach Club and beach access. No need for a golf cart rental due to the convenient location to the beach and easy walking or bicycling distance to Seaside. Condo was well furnished and had everything you needed in the kitchen to cook. We would gladly stay here again.

We had a beautiful week being close to the beach and the amazing pools of Watercolor! We hope to stay at this property again in the future. We loved that it was in a quiet neighborhood and that it was walking distance to the shops and restaurants in Seaside. This vacation home had everything we needed and we highly recommend to others as a great base to explore 30A!

Chad was very responsive. The condo was beautifully appointed, very clean and had the perfect vibe for a relaxing few days at the beach. Perfect location, close to everything we needed. Just a few minutes walk to Seaside town center and access to all of the Watercolor amenities was really nice. So many great options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Would absolutely stay there again in the future.

The location of this Watercolor condo is perfect for walking to everything in WC and Seaside. Condo is decorated beautifully, very clean and has everything you need for a great stay.

Excellent location in Watercolor close to the Watercolor Beach Club, shops, and restaurants and walkable or bikeable to Seaside. The owner, Chad, was extremely communicative and helped us troubleshoot any issues. Check-in was a smooth process. Chad even let us check-in an hour early. The only downsides were the unit could have been a little cleaner in some areas and there was some noise being next to the busy road (30A), especially with lots of spring breakers, but we expected this due to the location and other reviews. The primary bedroom is closest to the road and our kids’ room was further away, so they were not impacted by the noise. The rental was pretty basic with dishes and cooking utensils but had most everything we needed! We were pleasantly surprised by the beach toys and boogie board left for guests to use. We had a great trip with our kids and hope to come back soon! It was our fifth time to the 30A and second to Watercolor. We love the area!

Location the Watercolor neighborhood is awesome the biking ,pools and trails are totally awesome but other than that it wasn’t worth it to stay at this condo . To Start the Trip Host Chad Landry called said he switch the door code while I had him on the phone I asked a simple question about the house and the wrist bands he cut me and off and said he’s not gonna answer that because I need to look at my welcome sheet , OK . Even at the end of trip I was searching for what to do on cleaning the house and I sent Chad Landry a text and he says “It’s on the welcome list “(it wasn’t) dude was short everytime like I was bothering him but anyway we get our wristbands and they didn’t work so we had to deal with that day one. We couldn’t get into the pools and had to go back up to the office twice . The pictures are definitely filtered on the app Chips in all the drawers crown molding cracked in a couple spots . In the main bathroom the walk in shower door doesn’t shut because it’s rotten on the bottom, floors in main bathroom must have mold because they swish with water underneath them , sand seemed to be on All the bedsheets . The outdoor fan might kill someone the way the swing in circles . The washer had detergent spilled on top with dirty towels in the dryer. The dryer handle was broken with massive crack on it underneath the bed full of dust spiderwebs It was just inconvenient for the price you pay outside of location of property I would find a different House and host

Our team thoroughly inspects and tests all appliances prior to each arrival. Because substantial damage occurred during your stay and was not reported to us, we followed our standard policy regarding the security deposit to cover necessary replacements. We take great pride in maintaining a pristine, reliable property for all our guests, and we wish you and your family the best in your future travels.

Great Stay by the Beach

Chad, the property owner, was always available and ready to help. We had a great stay here for the week and intend to stay again! Would highly recommend. The home is beautiful and you cannot beat the location!
