The property was clean, well-appointed and close to everything that WaterColor has to offer, including shops, the beach club, pool, beach and fantastic restaurants!

We had an excellent stay at this property in Seaside. From the beginning Mitch was an excellent host, very communicative and organized with tons of information regarding our stay and the area. The space itself was just as advertised - very clean, well stocked kitchen, large patio and well stocked beach equipment. The location is spectacular, just across the street from the main Water Color hotel, beach club and pools. It is a very short walk to the beach as well. We are planning on returning to Water Color in the future and would definitely stay here again!

New and clean. Kitchen very well appointed. Outside deck was perfect. Best part is location in relation to beach club plus great wine shop and Italian restaurant right below

This was our first time staying in Watercolor and it exceeded our expectations. This condo is in a prime location, maybe 3 minute walking to the beach. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s is beautiful and clean and was the perfect amount of space for my family of 6. The kitchen had everything I needed for cooking and excellent appliances. They had beach toys, wagons, chairs, and umbrella all available to use also. We loved having bikes and being able to take the bikes all around town. Mitch, the property manager, was great at communication and was on top of everything and let me know all information before during and after. We are already looking forward to coming back next year!

We had a wonderful experience. The condo was beautiful, clean, and with a well-equipped with a kitchen. Communication with Mitchell was excellent. Very close to beach and other fun places along 30A. We would certainly choose to stay here again.

The property was very clean, walking to distance to all the places we wanted to go, and the best part is we did not need to get our car out for anything. We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay in Watercolor! The condo was beautifully decorated and welcoming. Lovely accommodations! Clean and well stocked with necessities. The porch was spacious. A great place to relax. Just a short walk to the beach, pools, shopping, and restaurants. Bikes were provided. A complimentary trolley makes for quick and easy travel. And our host Mitch was fantastic at every step of the process and quickly responded to any questions! It was a lovely area with bike trails and parks. We highly recommend this property and area for your next vacation!

Great condo, fabulous location!

This was a great condo, so close to the beach that it made beach days easy for the whole family. We loved being an easy 10 min walk from Seaside but away from the crowds. For our 3 young kids the guest room was the perfect configuration. Kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need. Would stay here again for sure!!
