The Ocean View Beach Club community features resort style living with an abundance of amenities. The centerpiece is the 9,000 SF clubhouse, which features a library and billiards room, multi-purpose rooms plus full kitchen, state of the art fitness center, resort-style locker rooms, mens and womens sauna, steam and massage rooms as well as a huge swimming pool complete with kiddie pool and water-volleyball for the older kids. There is also a large seating area around a massive fire pit. Right next to the pool is a multi-purpose sports court that can be used for basketball and pickle-ball.

In addition to community parks, trails and gardens, Ocean View Beach Club is also located about 1/2 mile from the Guy Street Kayak and Paddleboard launch. You are welcome to use our paddleboards/kayak and head over to the launch which provides immediate access to the 97 acre Assawoman Canal that connects to the Indian River and Little Assawoman Bays.

The home itself is 2.527 SF and features two large master suites, each with queen beds, as well as two additional upstairs bedrooms (one with a queen and the other bunk beds). Additionally there is a large loft/rec room area upstairs with tv and comfortable seating area.
