Sea Colony - 55094 Lakewood offers Crowne Carriage accommodations in Bethany Beach, Sea Colony West. Guests can benefit from the numerous amenities Sea Colony offers. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

This air-conditioned vacation home consists of 4 bedrooms (each with TV), two with king beds, one with a queen bed, the fourth with a twin bunk bed and full bed. There is also a loft with queen sofa sleeper/TV, spacious living room with two couches and fireplace, dining room with seating for eight plus a breakfast nook. A large sunroom has lake views and outdoor seating porch with adirondack chairs. It has a fully equipped kitchen with island, stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and microwave, plus coffee maker/keurig. It has a first floor powder room, three full bathrooms, and washer/dryer. Second floor bathroom has been recently updated with a new vanity, tile floor and shower instead of a tub, double sink, and lighting. There are two bicycles, beach toys, and chairs for guest use. Bicycle rental companies are also available in the Marketplace and throughout Bethany Beach. Tram stop is steps away from front door for easy transportation to beach.

Guests at our vacation home will be able to enjoy activities in and around Sea Colony and Bethany Beach i.e. cycling, tennis, pickleball, two athletic centers and aquatic center, twelve pools including two indoor pools. and scheduled weekly family activities. T4 pool is located less than a five minute walk from our home and includes a children's splash pad area, large pool, and oversized hot tub. The athletic center, including an indoor and outdoor pool are also within walking distance to our home.

This is a Saturday to Saturday rental.
Host fee covers linens/towels and cleaning.
Sea Colony badges (ages 4+) are available for purchase at the Beach Shop. Badge cost @ $55.00/week depending on the week. Badges are required and allows access to all Sea Colony amenities/beach access.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and spacious. The host was very nice to deal with and prompt responding to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again! Lovely community. Splash pool was enjoyed very much by my grandchildren.

Annual Beach Trip

We had a wonderful time at Sea Colony! We love the community and all that it has to offer. The place is very clean and has a great layout with a very nice screened porch, and plenty of beds to accommodate our family. Thanks for a great vacation!

Lovely and comfortable home at Sea Colony

Grandparents, parents and grandchildren all enjoyed the home at Sea Colony. Open areas for us to gather and plenty of rooms for sleeping.

Family vacation

We had 6 adults and 2 young children.The house was perfect.Lots of space and great location.Easy walk to pool and fitness center tram to beach right out front.Sea Colony has everything for groups of all ages to enjoy.

This unit was perfect for my extended family. The layout allowed them to stay together in one place, but with room to spread out. The dining table was big enough for us to all eat dinner together, and there was enough sofa space to watch a movie together. The furniture was comfortable too. I would not hesitate to book this property again. It was an enjoyable week.

Wow!

What a spacious, clean, inviting home! We loved the enclosed sun room. The furniture was very comfortable and clean. The beds were very comfortable and easily met the needs of our party of 10. Everything, e.g. paper towels, hand soap, tp, dish detergent etc was provided. 2 bikes, ample parking. tram stop across the street. Who could want more?

Paradise

This rental was immaculate. The pictures were accurate. Very spacious. There were 8 of us and we never felt crowded. Loved having the car right at the house. The aquatic center and the fitness center were walkable. The tram marching to the beach easy. The owner was very responsive to questions. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home is clean, lovely, spacious and well-appointed. The hosts provided beach chairs, plenty of soap and toiletries and even two very nice bikes for our use. We have been to Sea Colony a number of times and it never disappoints. The neighborhood is quiet and the entire development is beautifully maintained and clean. Everyone we met was kind and accommodating. The tram is also a great feature in Sea Colony - the stop is right outside and trams run every 10 minutes or so, making it easy to head down to the beach without any parking hassles. The house is a quick walk down to the aquatic center which boasts a nice pool, splash pad for the littles, and large hot tub. We will be back! Thank you so very much for an outstanding experience!

Great stay with large family

The house was perfect for our large family. The kitchen is a nice large open size with both a dining and separate kitchen table as well as 2 stools at the bar. King room on main floor with on suite and another half bathroom on the main level. Upstairs has a king bed with a connecting bathroom that has a full and a bunk bed on the other side. Then another separate full or queen bed with an updated bathroom. 3+ bikes and chairs to sit out, lovely sunroom. Very well stocked with tissues, toilet paper, etc. Super considerate with more available stock in the garage, plus beach chairs. Highly recommend. And lots of books!

We LOVED this property! Eugene's home is gorgeous - every bathroom was redone beautifully; great guest amenities throughout the house for a comfy home stay AND activities at the beach (chairs, etc.). We loved the screened-in porch and were able to work/play board games/eat outside. Our adult kids had to do some work while we were here, and even with 3 working, WiFi was strong & reliable. Additional fridge/freezer in garage was super helpful for cold drinks & ice. Eugene was a GREAT host - very quick to reply to questions and made us feel so comfortable staying in his beautiful home! I HIGHLY recommend!!!!

We have stayed at Sea Colony for the past several years but on the ocean side. Because we had more family joining us this year we needed more space and selected 55094 Lakewood. It was wonderful! We had plenty of extra room and spaces for our different age groups to enjoy time together. Location couldn’t be better -tram stop just steps away and an easy walk to several pools. The hosts were very generous to ensure we had more than we needed and communication was great. 55094 Lakewood is a lovely home. We’d definitely stay again!
