Had a great vacation. The view is spectacular. House was plenty for 6 of us. Close to beach, Bethany and Dewey. Host was great to work with.

Great stay with good views. Traveled with small children. Excellent house for our needs and everyone enjoyed their stay. Plenty of items there-beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, etc to make beach trips easy. Community pool was perfect for younger kids. There was a very small beach in the community too that looked out on the inlet with great views. House was clean. Kitchen well stocked with needed items. All appliances in good shape. Would rent again. Host very responsive.

We loved it!

We had a lovely time here! The home was very clean, lots of nice balcony options and in a wonderful neighborhood. Very peaceful, comfortable (some of the more comfortable beds I’ve vacationed on in the last 5 years) and the host is fabulous. Would absolutely come back!!

Absolutely stunning property. We had a fabulous time with our family. The location has stunning views, was updated, well appointed, comfortable, very clean, and very large. There was so much to do my kids loved it. The hosts were wonderful and thought of everything.

Very nice, clean property that's family-friendly, pet-friendly and great location. There are marina and Bay views from the various balconies. Suggestion, if you have and older family member, there's a master bedroom on the main living level. Resturants and shops nearby. It was a great stay!

Beautiful home on the marina/bay in a gated community. Plenty of space for 6 adults. Bedding, towels and beach chairs/supplies available for use. Beach access a short drive/walk away - be aware it is 20 to park in the lot by The Big Chill! Tennis court and small pool very close to unit. Owner allowed us to check-in early which was very appreciated! Our future son-in-law proposed on the sandy area on the bay near the rental which made it a very special weekend! We hope to return in the future!

If you want to have a location that offers all the benefits of every beach, boardwalk and restaurant from Rehoboth to Ocean City - this is the place. We loved our stay at this home. Very nicely decorated and stocked. We enjoyed slow mornings watching the impressive views. Such a unique location with the boats parked and lovely scapes from each side of the home. Close to anywhere we wanted to go. Our son loved the basketball game and magnetic darts. Thank you!

Our family had stayed for a week this past summer. I cant say enough about what a beautiful property. Large enough to accommodate our family and guests. Clean and comfortable. Close to the beach and bay as well as Dewey, Rehoboth and Bethany. The pool was great when the beach was too windy. Host was prompt at getting back to us and incredibly helpful. We will definitely be back.

What a great property! I did a split week with two different sides of my family. Teenager and grandparents first part, then my kids and grands for the second. Other than being a lot of steps, it was very well laid out. Great location away from the crowds, yet close enough to the beaches and small towns.

This was a really lovely stay. The house has plenty of space. The kitchen and living room on the top floor overlook the marina, and are the perfect place to watch the sunrise. The kitchen was very well equipped with every tool and appliance we would need. The bedrooms are very comfortable and 3 have their own bathroom. The causeway is just a short walk away, and the beach less than a mile. It's fun to watch the fisherman around the bridge pulling in their catches. Like everywhere in Rehoboth and Bethany Beach, people are very friendly. Rehoboth boardwalk is a short drive away as well.

The house was nice and big. All bedrooms were nice and big. Plenty of parking. The pool was a nice change when beach was not. Only downside was you had to pay for parking at the beach. We knew this ahead of time so we were prepared. Otherwise what is listed on VRBO is accurate. The host Tim was great in response to any issues or questions we had! I would recommend this house to anyone!

We had a fantastic week here. We were looking for something a bit more peaceful than our usual trip to Rehoboth and boy did this place deliver. The spot on the sound is perfection, tucked away in a small gated community with a quiet marina and amazing sunsets. As someone who has struggled with cleanliness of rentals in the past, I was very impressed with this place. In addition to being clean and having super cute decor, everything in it felt new - from the furniture to the linens to the bathmats. It was also the perfect amount of space for my family of 4 two small pups. We loved having the ping pong table and pop a shot in the basement, as well as being so close to the community pool and tennis court. Can't recommend this place enough!

Excellent quiet location in gated community, across from the marina, well stocked, lots of room and entertainment extras (fishing rods, boogie boards, ping pong table) four decks was a nice feature. Small private beach within the community was close by. Nice new gas grill.would stay again.

We loved the layout and location of this pet-friendly property at South Shore Marina at Indian River Inlet with all the amenities, including pool, nearby beach, fishing, etc. It is well-furnished and very clean.

Well equipped kitchen! We cooked all of our meals! The bedroom configuration worked great for a grandma, parents and cousins! Enjoyed the pool often!
